Normally, I stay at the beach. But it has become very expensive. This is a great hotel, minutes from the beach and attractions. Would have been perfect if there was a mini-refrigerator for left overs!!!
Date of Stay:

The staff at the hotel was both courteous and helpful. The Rooms were as advertise and comfortable. The hotel was a little difficult to find at night if you are unfamiliar with the area. If you are looking for a clean comfortable place to stay, this should be on your list. The hotel is close to restaurants and the highway.

The hotel provided shuttle service everywhere I went--Palace Playland, train station, Funtown/Splashtown, etc. There was a problem when one driver was sick, but they paid for the taxi, and also, the staff could be clearer with the boundaries regarding changing shuttle times. Other than that, the shuttle service was fantastic, the breakfast bar was great, and my room was comfortable.

New Hotel. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable room. Location ws good but had to drive past on highway and turn around to get to. Not too long a turn though. Enjoyed stay. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly. Windows were not aligned and room was next to highway. The facilities were great but realize that the hotel was right on the highway, so you will hear the noise for sure especially if your room is on that side. The staff was incredibly friendly.

Great price, spacious room, CLEAN, quiet area, friendly staff. perfect stopping off point for day trips into Portland or Ogunquit and Wells. hotels at this price are usually cramped and not all that clean. this was neither and really comfortable overall. would stay there again in a heartbeat

Hotel staff was very courteous and attentive. The location was centrally located, and was ideal to visit nearby sites. I would recommend this hotel for all who want a hotel that is nearby to Orhard Beach, Portland and other nearby cities.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location for our other activities.

This is a very well kept property, pretty new and well managed. The beds were comfortable, room temps good, entire motel was very clean and the breakfast was very well done with an employee right there to keep everything clean and the food stocked. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The only down side to the motel is it is somewhat difficult to find because of its location off highway 95 and no easy way to get into the parking lot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it highly.

Pillow was stained and had hair on it. Discouraging. Exercise room was not on site.

our room and hotel in general were very clean and organized very nice, the people were friendly and courteous, they do need to have more information on local activities and attractions as a first timer to this location they had pamphlets and some of the staff had ideas as to what was good to do or see but not much. the room we had was clean, spacious the beds were comfortable and there was no smell to the room from previous visitors which was extremely nice since no one in my family smokes, the bathrooms were very clean and spacious for a hotel. its location is a little out of the way but that was nice for after a long day for some quiet time.

When we checked Shawn and Jude were awesome, made us feelvery welcome. Driveway to parking lot and front of hotel and to get back to the road was very confusing. The Staff was very, very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and had no trouble helping us find a place for dinner. The morning breakfast was included and the staff working that made sure we were enjoying the breakfast and our stay. Would stay here again when I'm in the area.

Everyone was very nice, they have a strange parking lot, entrances off two roads but you can't get from one side to the other. Other than that our stay was very pleasant. Large room, comfortable facility, excellent breakfast, very clean

Horrible stench in the room. The hotel and the facilities were great. But there was an horrible odor in the room, probably due to the fact that it was a smoking room. We are non smokers and it was the only room left. I can understand that a certain quantity of odor may persist but to that extent, I don't think so. This persistent odor made us doubt of the ability of the staff to truly clean a room.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Hard to find hotel location, need a little update on the inside decor. Holiday Inn Express has always been the first choice for my wife and me. We would prefer it for their friendly staff and great service. Saco Location provided us with both.

Warm cookies at night. I would go back again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Both at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The parking situation is a little odd but worked out ok once it was explained. Excellent staff. The rooms were clean and nice. You can not beat the price or the breakfast they offer at no additional cost.

The free internet service and computer available for maps. It was "Pet Friendly" and the dog started barking at 11:30 PM. We liked this hotel very much. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were large. The staff was on top of their game. Continental breakfast was pretty good considering the volume of people. It was well stocked and restocked frequently. Portland is a good place and a short drive away. There are too many tolls on the roads in the area unless you know the local routes very well.

Breakfast. Near very busy and noisy highway, sound barrier would be good. Friendly staff, internet access, pool, nice assortment of food included in the complimentary breakfast, good beds and room service. Proximity to I-95 creates noise issues, especially if your room is on the west side. I would recommend the hotel, book on the east side. I will return if the occasion represents itself.

Lady at the counter was very helpful and polite. Location, hard to get to. Excellent service, great breakfast. Value to price is great.
