The size of the rooms. The curtain was torn at the top. I will choose Holiday Inn Express for our next trip to Reidsville.

The location was great; it's very close to Chinquapenn Plantation where we toured, but it's very average overall. The staff were ok, but didn't necessarily go out of their way. The pool was closed at our visit. I wouldn't go out of my way to make sure I stay here again, but wouldn't mind it if nothing else was available. Very so-so.

We stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased with our experience. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The room had a nice overstuffed chair, as well as a desk with a chair. Having a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and blow dryer made things very convenient. The staff was very friendly and always answered our questions. The continental brreakfast was very inclusive and included great variety. The only problem we encountered was the fact that the hotel is not close to any restaurants but we did find out that they are just down the road a few miles. We are planning on recommending this hotel to all our friends and family who will be attending our son's wedding later this year.

Clean and king sized bed. Noisy (doors slamming and heard phone in next door room ringing at 320 am. It was nice and staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Being a female alone, I felt a little Leary; it was back off the main road up in a cul-de-sac type area. I just felt isolated and there was no restaurant in the hotel of course, so I did order pizza delivery so I wouldnt have to go out alone at dark. I did really enjoy my room and the king size bed, but people dont know how to not slam doors during the night and early morning and that phone in the room next door to me caught me by surprise that I heard it ringing in my room which of course woke me up.

My husband and I are travel agents. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel for the many years we've been visiting for family reunions because the hotel was usually completely booked in prior years. The rooms are very clean and spacious with some having jaccuzi's. The hotel has a nice sized pool and exercise room. Their delicious Continental breakfast includes hard-boiled eggs, juices, hot & cold cereals, milk, danishes, cinnamon rolls, french toast and bagels. From here on out, this will be the only hotel in which we will be staying.

It was new and very nice with excellent staff. It did not have a restaurant. This is an awesome hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone.
