After a long day's drive through very wintry conditions, it was great to see the clean, comfortable and very nice room to relax in.

This motel was clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast and cookies were great. The hotel is near restaurants, movies and very close to Washington State University. It is also a short drive to University of Idaho. The room was clean and the bedding was really nice.

The rooms were very clean. Staff were helpful. Continental breakfast was cold. Coffee too weak. I found the hotel to be one of the best ones we have stayed in for a small town. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially to my brother who is a disabled veteran and recently had Eye Surgery. The room was very clean. I will definitely stay there again when I travel to Pullman.

the only negative impression was early (6 a.m.) breakfast cooking (sausages or pork strips) smells for most of hotel area. otherwise clean and friendly hotel, just across from movie theater and good dining place.

I have stayed at the Holiday Express in Pullman a number of times when I visit my daughter and grandchildren who live near there. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is a nice feature, as are the evening cookies and milk and the 24-hour coffee supply in the lobby. My two complaints are (1) the lobby/breakfast area gets a real blast of cold air everytime the door opens and (2) my room was not cleaned until very late in the day. It probably is the most expensive place to stay in the Pullman/Moscow area.

the location, the cleanliness and the affordability I want an outdoor pool too The rooms are fantastic with the separation of the seating area and bedroom. The mini fridge and micro are ALWAYS a bonus.The in room coffee was good. The staff was friendly and helpful

We were in Pullman for a class and spent the night here. It was a very nice, clean room and the breakfast was very good.

Comfortable rooms and great beds. Great experience. Everything was great. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location. Swing Shift staff were rude. The room was not cleaned on are 2nd day. When we notified staff, were asked if we left the privacy sign up. She wanted to know what we wanted done about it and I requested that we would like clean towels. The other staff was helpful but this clerk did not have very good customer service skills.

The breakfast was good. Nothing! Everything about this hotel is very good and the staff was excellent. Is located in a somewhat isolated area, but very accessible. Next to a Denny’s, but the Fireside Grille which is basically locate across the street is very good. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Clean smelling room. Dirty toilet. This was great for business travel. I felt safe, and the place was clean, staff was friendly. The milk/cookies were a great touch. Convenient to good food very close by.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Pleasantly surprised! Wasn't expecting much, but the hotel was actually quite nice. The rooms are very large (ours included a loveseat and coffee table), quiet and comfortable.

Everything. Everything was absolutely fabulous at this hotel. The room was great, the pool was great, the location was great, the breakfast was awesome and the staff was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay and we have no complaints about this hotel at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great service and amenities - evening "milk & cookies" & B-fast were great No complimentary morning paper Excellent choice of hotels in the Pullman area. Very clean, well maintained and cordial staff. Enjoyed the milk and cookies in the evenings and breakfast in the morning. You will enjoy your stay in this hotel.
