I liked the privacy and yet felt taken care of. Pool is small not much room for us when just one family was there with their children. Very nice hotel. Loved the free breakfast was actually good food not so much the eggs but the rest all good and very fresh. Very clean.

we had a vew of the concreat mass known as there archway thing. and the road where we saw people get arrested. no so intertaining. but relaxing. and the beds are SO GOOD!

The front desk, was very helpful. Hard to find because of 4-lane cutting through property. The front desk, was very helpful guiding us to the hotel. She treated us very nicely when we checked in. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the person in charge of the breakfast sat and chatted with us about the area. My wife has trouble walking so the elevator was very useful. The only problem with the hotel was that it was difficult to find and get to because of the way the 4-lane has cut up the area. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Pikeville.

"We spent two nights at this hotel, April 16 and 17, 2007. Must drive thru two restaurants parking lots to hotel . No direction signs. Bathroon sink stopper inoperative. Mildew/mold along wall at top of bathtub."

Rooms not ready at the time of check in. Upon arrival our rooms were not ready due to other travelers checking out late. This delayed the rest of our day as we wanted to check in and go on to the next destination.

"This hotel was well maintained. The breakfast was better than most for a hotel of this class. The only negative were the coal trains running by regularly. There is no escape from the noise, trains on the back site of the hotel, trucks on the front."

Unexpectedly, their complimentary breakfast was a relatively complete Southern (hot) breakfast buffet. And very nicely presented. A busy railroad main line, only a few dozen yards away, operates around the clock. Fairly new, very clean, friendly staff. Well located for any business locations in the county.

Cleanliness. Room was poorly laid out, possibly set up for handicapped access and not comfort. Its the best available in Pikeville andKentucky. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean much since the competition is terrible.

Good sized rooms. Nice continental breakfast. Room had been converted to non-smoking, but odor was still there. Highway and train noise. The lady at the front desk was very helpful.
