very nice hotel just a little expensive

When a different room was requested, the staff immediately assisted with this. The maintenance personnel was no where to be found. Our stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room and overall appearance was very clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was very polite, and the breakfast the next morning was very good. The food/kitchen staff was also very polite and accommodating.

Holiday Inn express was very clean, the staff efficient and the facilities accessible. There was plenty to eat at the breakfast bar. I was completely satisfied and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

The Holiday Inn Express is a new hotel, that is clean & fresh with great staff and amenities but the soundproofing is horrible. I could hear the people talking in the next room and I could hear the people walking their elephant at 2am in the morning in the room above me. The doors slam shut anytime they are opened and that is annoying. Also there is a great room for morning breakfast but they close it during the rest of the day when it could be used to sit and work or watch TV. Other than disturbed sleep I felt the hotel had everything else going for it.

Night clerk was so friendly and down to earth. Beds were very comfortable. Not around any shopping areas. No ice or drink machines on some floors. The man night clerk was so polite and down to earth. This employee,even though the man was rude, remained calm and polite. He found a room for the man. The beds were so comfortable that I had problems staying awake. Every time I laid across the bed I feel asleep. The showers were very clean and the maid service made sure that your rooms were clean and stocked. I will be returning to this location in May.

Friendly and helpful with directions to event (Ft. Benning). For return trips to the Ft. Benning area, I would highly consider staying at this hotel again. Clean, affordable, and handy location to my destination.

Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. Nice room! No restaurant on premises. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and the bed was very comfy! No restaurant on premises though so no room service.

Convenience, close to grocery and entertainment, away from the army base. There is no walking paths or parks close by - It is nice to be away from the army base, less parties, but wish it was closer to downtown. Loved the free breakfast and access to internet. The pool warmed but is shadowed by the building. Very beautiful inside, and the room was large. The staff was polite and professional. My room had noisy guest one floor above me at 3:00 am, but the staff took care of the situation quickly. I have stayed closer to the army base and have been frustrated with the constant parties going on. This hotel was right off a main hwy, easy to get to - if you have a car. Too far to walk if you want to go downtown. However just west there is a nice grocery store, movie theater, bowling and some shopping.

The shower head was wonderful. It needed a Belgian waffle maker for breakfast. It was much better than I thought it would be for the price.
