This hotel was very clean, quite, and had very nice personel. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel is that there is no privacy in the pool area, meaning that there was a business in the back and there nothing to cover them from seeing every one at the pool. As for location is good, there's stores to shop nearby ,the theater down the road, and dinning options are available. I would definatly stay there again.

Will stay at this hotel anytime. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to keep my stay at this hotel at least twice month, for the next 3 yrs.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel exceeded my expectations. When I asked to extend my stay, there was some trouble with that at the front desk. The staff was friendly and upon entering the hotel I felt at ease and ready for my vacation. The Hotel was better than my expectations and the rate was a wonderful surprise.

Very nice, staff friendly and very helpful. There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel met all expectations and then some. The hotel was very clean, and the room was bigger than expected staff friendly and very helpful and courteous.

Clean, comfortable rooms, beautiful lobby area and breakfast room. The only shortcoming was a botched wake up call one morning. Except for a fouled up wake up call one morning, the overall experience was very satisfactory. The rooms were spotless and spacious and check in and check out were handled efficiently and professionally.

Very well located for our visit purposes and friendly staff. Room doors in bad condition and truck yards in the surrounding areas. This is a very recommendable option for those who want to be in the valley and not want to be.

Overall appearance beautiful. Great comp breakfast. Slow elevator. Amazing hotel for the price. This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and it was great both times.

Very clean, enough parking spaces, good condition furniture. Just 1 elevator. The hotel is great, is relative new, has enough parking space, the room was clean and with all the needed supplies. The breakfast was good also. It's close to the - etc complex.

Nice, ample space rooms with very comfortable beds. The household items included in the room are a big plus! Loud ventilation vent in bathroom. Great Hotel with a nice location.

Easy access from highway and adjacent to Rudy¿s bar-b-q. Only one elevator could be slow during peak season. I would stay there again, met or exceeded our expectations.

Nothing. Smokey dirty Smokey dirty Smokey dirty. Awful, we had to pay for another hotel, country inn & suites. The holiday inn was very dirty and reeked of stale smoke throughout the entire hotel. There was no alternative but to find another place. I lost $$ that I did not have on this. Very unsatisfied and broke.

The rooms were spacious. The bathroom is too dark. Over all the hotel is nice the customer service was very nice and everything was very clean. also the they have security at night and that I did like a lot

Shower water. Beds not comfortable. Small elevator, no easy access to rooms... Front desk inexperienced, no convenient ice machines.
