Consistent with other Holiday Inn Express rooms and amenities. Entrance to hotel is not as convenient as most. The lobby is attractive and the room was well-arranged with plenty of space.

Hotel is located conveniently in OKC with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Hotel was clean and staff at hotel were helpful with questions about area. Continental breakfast was ready every morning, and dining area was very clean.

I found the parking lot hard to get in and out of and the cleaning staff never returned a smile. Then I was charged again by the hotel even after I told them I had booked the rooms and had already paid though travelacity. The room was fine and clean. The indoor pool was enjoyed by the kids.

The hotel is located in a great part of Oklahoma City. It is very close to shopping malls, restaurants and many other shopping centers. The room was very clean and well kept. The hotel staff were extremely polite and courteous. The only small thing I didn't care for was the fact that the rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. Also, the hotel did not have any vending machines at the time. This was a very small inconvenience though.

My children loved the indoor pool and the breakfast in the morning. Can't think of anything. Very centrally located for where we needed to be. Children friendly.

Everything about this hotel is great! I will stay here every time I visit okc overnight. The rooms are big, the decor is great and the beds and pillows are plenty and comfy. Staff cant get any better! your great.

This property is located close to many good restaurants and shopping malls. Penn square mall is just down the road. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was excellent. My son had yogurt, eggs, biscuits & gravy and sausage. Much more than your typical continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone spending some time in OK city.

Everything was excellent. I have not been this satisfied since our trip three years ago. The floor smelled of an odor trying to cover up smoking in the rooms down the hall. Lobby was surprisingly decorated and gave a warm welcoming feeling immediately NOTHING LIKE ANY OTHER HOLIDAY INN. They should forgo the old air conditioning (my husband and I battled the thermostat) and get central heat and air. A wonderful full continental breakfast with staff waiting to assist you in any way possible...how refreshing. Quick checkout...not requiring a front desk visit was also a plus. All of the family agreed to stay there again on out nest trip.

I live in hotels! I've stayed at this hotel everytime i'm in OKC. The staff and manager read the list of guests (i guess) and greet the ones they know by name! GREAT

When we checked in the elevators weren't working so they changed our rooms to the first floor. The inside pool was closed due to needing chemicals. We dropped our things off and went out to dinner. When we returned we noticed that both of our rooms had wet carpet throughout the rooms. The girl at the front desk was trying to help but there weren't any more adjoining rooms available. Four of us were traveling together and looked forward to keeping the door open to visit. We stayed the night with wet carpet and kept our shoes on and our things off of the floor. We then tried to go swimming but the chemical smell was so strong when we opened the door to the pool that our lungs hurt so we went to bed. I am not a picky person but this was very unsatisfactory.

Jacuzzi Suites are VERY nice for the price. Rooms are very clean. Overall hotel is very clean. For the price this hotel is excellent. Lobby is gorgeous. Only negative is the elevator it is slooooow

If customer service means anything to you. Run as fast as you can. The hotel front desk clerks were the rudest I have ever met
