I called a couple of days before and was told they sold lift tickets. When I got there they told they didn't sell them. This caused major problems. The continental breakfast was barley edible. I tried using the washer/dryer facilities and they didn't have any quarters. When I found quarters the washing machine did not spin out the clothes. So I apent a hour hand wringing the clothes and then they didn't dry. They also said they had a ski and board check. They just put your equipment in a small closet, the next morning my son's snowboard had apparently fallen onto the concrete floor. The housekeepers made the bed, but that's about it. We stayed a week and the dust was building up the last few days. I would never stay there again.

Great continental breakfast. Didn't get a good sleep because of small children in the room next to us. All the amenities were very nice, but it's hard to enjoy them if you don't get a good nights sleep. The hotel staff was informed about the noise next to us and did nothing about it.

Excellent location but was under renovation-the gnome didn't tell us-it was like the commercial with the drilling etc. Breakfast room was closed and we had to eat in the lobby with main door opening anytime you went for coffee. Staff was accommodating. Key card kept going haywire-had to have it reformatted 6-7 times; at least locks work well when they work. Room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast is semi-continental but to get out quick it was fine. Parkling is also very good. Hot tub and pool were very good and excercise room was clean if sparse. Complimentary coffee all day and great fresh cookies at 5 PM-get there early or you're out of luck. For the money its a good valueand the location to I-80. Park City, and Tangier Outle Mall and eating establishments is TOPS! We'll go back but after renovations.

The Holidtay Inn Express in Park City was a great value for the money. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hot tub was actually hot and was located in a room full of windows so we could sit and enjoy watching the snow falling outside. It was close to all kinds of shopping and dining options. The staff was courteous. I didn't have a single complaint during my visit and would gladly stay there again.

Breakfast and the pool was all to ourselves. The power was out for almost a whole day.

I usualy stay at Holiday Inn Express when I travel. This one was OK. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was the same as in other Holiday Inns. Their fitness center was not the best and I did not have access to a business center. The clerk was not helpful, either. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Very clean, nice-looking. Friendly staff. Quick, efficient check-in. Free breakfast doesn't hurt either!

Clean room and was upgraded to a nicer room by just asking. Outside window was dirty. I had a very nice stay and enjoyed what little time I was in my room. Internet did not work well so I just used my Verizon wireless card. Had a nice stay and enjoyed skiing Park City and Canyons then headed to Snowbasin. Plenty of good restaurants close by and shopping if you like to do that kind of stuff. Also, I slept with the window open and did not hear a thing all night, very quite. (back side of hotel).

Friendly staff, good location, clean and spacious rooms. Bathtub drain did not work well.

The staff was way beyond helpful, and the sauna, pool and hot tub were just perfect. The room was a little cramped with three people and two queen beds. We found our stay to be excellent. Clean, attractive hotel with a staff that went above and beyond. Great location, quiet. Wonderful pool and spa area. Would stay again.

Excellent breakfast. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. Nice heated pool and spa to relax after winter outing in the snow. Perfect place for the family with young kids.

Great location to access several top notch ski resorts. Does not offer an area to hold ski equipment. The location was great for access all the ski resorts in the Park City areas and with quick acres to the freeway it was quick to get to the resorts closer to Salt Lake as well. There are great shopping conveniences close by as well as a cinema and restaurants.

We all loved the continental breakfast! It was a great way to start the day! The poolside towels were small but that seems so insignificant to mention. Located near the outlet mall, the Holiday Inn Express in Park City, Utah was the perfect place for us to stay. We enjoyed shopping, dining, and exploring the local area with our children.
