On Easter Sunday, mid-afternoon, we had to ask to have our room cleaned.

The location. It was a friendly and clean hotel that was very comfortable to stay in.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Accomodated our room change so that we were over looking the pool. Great breakfast each morning, the kids had lots of choices. The pool was clean and there were always towels around. The kids were asking to go back to the hotel each time we left!

We stayed one night, used the pool and hot tub, beautiful view, great continental breakfast, clean rooms, staff was informative and overall we had a great stay and would come back here with no question!

Convenience of having a restaurant. Slow elevators and pillows too thick. Convenience, good location, would stay there again, if in the area.

As a family of four, it's difficult sometimes to find a comfortable and reasonable stay. We have a 10 month old and almost 3 year old and the set up in the room was great with a divider wall between a sitting area and the other beds. WE used this for our toddler and they had the crib set up before we arrived, which I had requested. Normal hotels just have the scary metal cribs, this was a nice wood with the bumper pads and matching quilt. Nice touch. We had plenty of naptime there and it was quiet. Front desk was so helpful in where we needed to go and getting us extra things. I forgot my razor and they had a few toiletries complimentary. The breakfast was a great variety for picky kids ands good choices for us as well. The woman who sets it up was nice and making sure we had everything we needed. It helped to have a fridge for obvious reasons. They even had makeup remover pads, and I happen to have forgotten mine. Again, it's like they have thought of everything. We did the web check in for our flight the night before, so we went to the business center and printed our boarding passes. It was very smooth from start to finish. Front desk helped me with the printer. The pool was perfect, so our toddler could swim twice a day. We were absolutely pleased with this location since it's right next to our destination. Chicagos grill next door was another perk...good food and kids friendly service. Only wish they had spa services at the hotel=)

Location. HVAC system; shower. This hotel is situated in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. It's clean and quiet with pretty views. It was about 40 miles from the airport but conveniently located near my family.

Thought this would be a nice place to stay for business since it's fairly new. However, the TV never had a remote and they were unable to take care of this issue. Spa tub was also broken, a known issue we were not informed of untill after we were in it and it did not work. This is also when we noticed the film and mystery stuff floating on the water. The pillows apear to be several years old and unclean. the beds are uncomfortably hard. When checking out the clerk said they didn't know why they book our room becouse there are always complaints.

Courteous employees. Key to get into room. Was in a king size bed room. The 2nd night I was not able to get into room. 3 trips to the front desk and was transferred to another room, 2 double beds. I was told I could transfer back, but I was not interested in that. The 2nd room, the key did not work and I had to go to the front desk for a new key.

Our stay was really nice. The breakfasts were very good. I have two complaints: 1. the safe in the room didn't work, and wasn't fixed. #2 there are two computers for guests to use, but only one had a key board. Should be a couple more.
