Very nice and friendly staff, decent free breakfast, nice, large rooms that fit 4 pretty comfortably, good location very short walk to the beach.

It had a hot tub. The pool area needed to be cleaned, its too far from the boardwalk and they need to monitor the chemical/bacteria levels in the pool better!

Hotel was crowded due to holiday weekend- but the breakfast room staff did a super kob keeping the food stocked during the entire breakfast hours. The front desk staff was very helpful with restaurant directions. The pool was clean and well kept- even though it was Labor day weekend. The location was convenient- you could easily and safely walk the short distance to the beach crossing with the light. There were many options within walking distance for food as well.

We liked that there was a couch in the room just to lay down after a long day at the beach.

I travel to VA Beach on business three times a year and will always stay at this hotel. It was super clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the warm cinnamon rolls at breakfast made the whole trip. A++

one block away from the ocean, but if you planning to go to boardwalk, too far.

Location was okay. Dirty, smelly and few amenities. Just a beach hotel.

My stay was really wonderful. The hotel was doing some renavations on the floor where I was staying and they were so quiet. You never knew they were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful when ever I had a question or needed something.

What I liked most was that the hotel was quiet because it was away from the road and noise. It was a very short walk to the beach (right across the street). I searched other hotels that were right on the beach/boardwalk and they were more expensive but the same quality. When we walked into the room for the first time it kind of had an odor. On the other side of the hotel was a bay with a pier that was nice to walk out on. The continental breakfast was nice. I didn't go to the hotel pool but I could see it from my room and it seemed nice. I was surprised that the hotel didnt have a workout room. This hotel is in a good location for the beach, but if you want to go to the boardwalk you will need to drive or ride the bus which costs $2 to ride all day. We ate a The Olive Tree which is an Italian restaurant right behind the hotel. It was good. We also ate at Phillips buffet. It was nice to try all the different seafood but it is kind of expensive at $30 a person. However, all the other crab places are $20 for all you can eat crabs but they don't offer all the other things that Phillips has. I also ate at Bull on the Beach, and it was good too. I would recommend the crab cakes or rock fish. Their tea was bad though. I went to Seacrets one night and it was really fun. It would be fun to go in the daytime and be at the swim up bar with friends.

Great location, anda few miles from the crazy boardwalk. Nice city playground in the back, andclose to restaurants and attractions.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. The price was reasonable for prime season, and the location was great, close to the beach but not so close that you had to deal with all the noise and crowds of the boardwalk. The pool was great, along with the the park behind the hotel. If you like to exercise, their is a great path to run/walk on and also go crabbing on the pier. We would definitely stay here again next time.

The Location, swimming area, some of the staff. Housekeeping was poorly. The hotel was good for the most part. Some of the staff was not friendly. The housekeeping was poorly. Had to ask several times for towels and wash clothes. I was there for four days and they never asked to clean the room.

I booked 2 rms for a group on Memorial Day Wknd. Hotel was far enough away from the crowds/ partying seniors. Great park behind the hotel. Bayside but you only had to cross Coastal Hwy to get to beach which was not crowded and had lifeguards & umbrellas! Free breakfast was great since we had to feed 5 kids! Only problem...outdoor pool was closed the whole wknd & indoor pool was filthy! This was a HUGE disappointment and I felt was a waste of our money!!! I think I'll stick with our usual hotels

The room was great, spacious, clean and everything we needed for a weekend get away at the beach. This was my first time to take a vacation and the hotel was located in what i thought to be a good location. Not to close to all the action and noise that comes with crowds. We could walk to many places we wanted and right across the street, thru parking lot and onto beach. That easy. The staff was helpful and incredibly polite. Highly recommend to families traveling.

I found the people very friendly who worked at the hotel. I was traveling to see my son with my daughter, son-in-law and 3 yr old granddaughter so it worked out very well. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel is clean and in a decent location in Ocean City. The hotel room came with a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. The rooms were modern and very clean. However, I have a real problem when the rooms are not well sound insulated. You can hear the other rooms television and even the conversation that they are having. I was lucky that our neighbors went to bed early but if you like your privacy this hotel may not be for you. It really baffles me as to why any hotel would skimp on sound proofing. The last thing you want to do when you are on vacation is to be annoyed at the sound of the neighbors or to be tip toeing as to not annoy anyone else.

Free hot breakfast and very helpful staff. We overlooked the restaurant. No view. The front desk was very friendly. Bed was comfy and breakfast was free.

Was looking to get away for night and last minute thing. Hotel was perfect for that and had a nice complimentary breakfast.
