There were small but special touches such as magnification mirror in BR, plugs in lamp bases, plenty of light and pillows... People offered friendly service. However, toilet plugged up then leaked between toilet and floor ( not sealed well) there was a leak from air conditioner onto carpet instead of being channeled outside. An ice bucket under the unit kept the carpet dry. Breakfast was great! Overall, enjoyed stay very much!

This is without a doubt the best Holiday Inn Express that we have ever stayed in. It is comparable in quality to hotels of a much higher category. The staff was excellent and went out of there way to provide service and assistance.

The location needs to be developed, especially re accessible food options when on foot. And there was no minifridge or microwave that allowed family to make use of leftovers.

Clean, helpful, comfortable, good breakfast. No gas or decent food near by. We had to travel 2 exits to find any gas stations and food - fast food only.
