Fast and prompt elevators! Shampoo with touch of cinnamon! Includes hot breakfast, is close to bus transit, Cost co, Home Depot and Fred Mayer stores. Good off street parking lot. Cinnamon rolls and coffee tradition in lobby is fun to experience. All plumbing fixtures were solid and functioning, no complaints.

Great Hotel for the money! Its close to great shopping and food as well as only 9 miles from the Seattle City Center.

Bed, breakfast, and bus one block up. Distance from city. This was a nice place to check in for less. The city is an easy bus ride from here.

The room and hotel were fairly new and nice, your typical Holiday Inn Express. There is not much near by for restaurants though, don't think you can walk to any. Friends told us later that the area is under renewal and not to wander around. It is convenient to get to from I5 though.

It was a little off the Freeway, but easy to get back to Freeway and to downtown Seattle.The manager was shocked at the price that I paid when I went to check out. He kept saying you prepaid for this. I will have to check this out.

Very comfortable, clean, newer facility, and large breakfast area. No complaints. This is a nice Holiday Inn Express. It is a newer facility and unlike many other hotels offering a free breakfast, it actually has a large separate room dedicated to this purpose which is really nice. Clean, comfortable. Very satisfied with the hotel.

The Kohler shower head. I experienced a party all around me. This is not acceptable. I specifically asked for a very quiet location on the hotel, as I needed to get some work done and adequate sleep, yet I experienced a noisy party which lasted late into the night and only got a verbal apology. Customer service needs improvement here.

Very clean, nice breakfast, very friendly staff. Indoor pool was a bonus! The location is not in a great part of town; okay if you are driving to the malls or shopping. I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was very clean, the rooms were nicely stocked and quiet. The breakfast was ample for all of us, and the breakfast room was very nice and not crowded. Parking was easy. Best of all, all of the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very clean, quiet room, secure, exercise room andgreat continental breakfast, available coffee. Pool needed attention. It had a murky green tint the night we used it. It should have been clear sparkling blue. Rooms were very clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Great continental breakfast. Coffee available 24hrs. Exercise room was well equipped. Hot-tub felt great after a long day of touring. Pool was nice but could have used a little attention. Rooms could have used a small refrigerator.

They were not able to provide an extension cord for a piece of medical equipment nor an extra cot in room. Overall good, adequate facilities and food.
