Nice looking lobby. Snotty service at service desk, I ended leaving, driving home, and spent the night because neighbors were so loud. Then came back next day for check. Nice lobby, maybe they should keep the younger crowd out till the week end. Then let the party begin. The walls are to thin to let groups party when people are trying to get away. I lived close enough were I could drive home, sorry for the rest that could not. Only thing is I had to drive all the way back the next day for check to get a $30 cash deposit back!

It was a little ways off the beaten path, but not too bad. Clean quiet rooms, free HS internet, great staff and a very nice continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

They helped with my Anniversary it was great. Thanks guys. No negatives. It was all a great experience. Great rooms, fun pool and nice romantic hot tub. When you are alone. Overall Great hotel Would recommend it to everyone I know.

Could not use computer, not wireless connection. Need cable to connect to network. Hotel was clean and inviting. Personnel were friendly and breakfast was adequate.

Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, nice rooms. Pool was only 5' deep. The check-in period was real quick, nice rooms (nothing fancy, but nice). The pool was big, but not that deep, and the hot tub was very refreshing. The location of the hotel was very convenient, and had everything you could possibly need nearby. Overall, it was a great stay.

Recieved free upgrade, becasue of slow night. Location was tucked behind. Great place to stay. I will go back again. One of the nicer places I have stayed in Grand Rapids area.

It was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Coffee was not hot. Don't like the thermos type pots. I would recommend it to friends and family. It was affordable - nothing fancy, but clean and convenient. I was comfortable, but probably could have used an extra blanket.

Hotel staff & breakfast. A lot of kids were running around and screaming the first night. The First night (Friday) was a mess. Teenagers were running up and down the steps all hours of the night and people were screaming in the parking lot. We barely got any sleep the first night. Saturday morning (around 9) went to the pool and the pool and hot tub were dirty. Towels were everywhere. Saturday night was great and Sunday morning the pool was clean. The breakfast was good.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was not very good. All in all this our visit was pleasant. Our room was very clean and the bed was comforatable. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the jaccuzi. The hotel was close to Chuckie Cheese and Toys R Us, which thrilled my granddaughter.

Very nice. Clean, friendly cleaning people and staff. Not really anything I didn't like. All is fine as far as I'm concerned, very nice place.

Good location. Nothing. Great location, nice big room, good hot breakfast, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Complementary breakfast; thermostat in room, so I can set the temperature to what I like!! Bedding wasn't quite crisp and fresh it seemed. A bit challenging to find, but very nice for the price. Nice deco, very nice workers, nice pool and Jacuzzi, complementary so-so breakfast (no waffles), but most importantly, thermostat in room, so I can see/set temperature number - very helpful.
