Took this trip to Dallas area to visit my wife while she is out there on military training. All was well except for the "free" shuttle service from DFW Airport. After waiting over 45 minutes for the hotel to call me back, I finally took a taxi to the hotel for the amount of $28.00. At least the front desk clerk offered to pay for it, and I took his offer.

Spend 10 days there in Feb. 09. US Staffing rate is $**. a night. Can't beat that deal anywhere in Los Colinas. Hotel is close to everything. Modern and clean. A couple of hiccups with house keeping, but fixed right away. I would stay there again anytime.

New. Non-smoking. Granite everywhere. No restaurants within walking distance...yet, but we had a car, so no problem. Everyone was very nice. Would recommend to all.

Excellent value! Surprised at location and sharp appearance. All amenities were excellent, service great. Downside is no hot tub. Have a bad back and that would have been a plus. Convenient to Grapevine, Texas Stadium and back way to Ft. Worth. Clean, nice and well furnished. Would definitely stay there again!

I was looking for a new house while I was in Texas. The room at the hotel was great and the breakfast was nice also and saved me some money. The only thing that was bad was my coffeepot was broken and was never fixed.

The free Internet access was great. The king size bed in the suite was very comfortable. Also liked the LCD flat panel television. The air conditioner in the room was very loud when on. The television's volume had to be turned up quite a bit to hear. The hotel was great for the star rating. Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Internet.

"This hotel had ants in the room. We would eat breakfast in the room, leave for the day and come back in the evening to find ants where the food had been. "

Very nice room. Great free breakfast. Clean and well maintained. Little difficult to locate the first time, especially if coming from the NW fwy. Enjoyed the hotel very much and certainly would highly recommend this facility. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Was greeted right away by the person working behind the counter, he was very friendly. The room was a good size with a lot of furniture to relax on. Very clean room and very quiet. Slept like a rock on the bed with 4 comfortable pillows. Extremely helpful service. Enjoyed my stay.

The friendliness of the front desk personnel was exceptional. The only problem, I had with this hotel, was the location, but I know in the future it will not be all alone between two highways. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Dallas area.

Very clean, newly remodeled. Very nice. Surprisingly nice, newly remodeled rooms- flat screen TV, comfortable beds. Good sized refrigerator, microwave and sink. Nicely decorated. Good public space with a terrific free breakfast. Polite service and good location. Even gave me a free shuttle ride. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Internet did not work, room bad, not cleaned each day. The hotel staff was not good. Gave me a room with 2 people standing in their underwear when I walked in. Next room was a full size not the King. At 6:00 pm the rooms were still being cleaned. When I got my room it was clean and sharp. Everyday the room cleaning went down hill including the last night no trash emptied or new towel. Free hot breakfast was great.

Over all look. The front desk staff was not very unfriendly she just gave me keys not even a smile. Very nice hotel just front desk lost it for me.
