Date of Stay: June, 2009

King size room was tremendously roomy with large clean bathroom, kitchen area with microwave, coffee maker, small fridge and even had paper towels & dish soap! The couch was actually a pullout sleeper. Don't know comfort because we didn't need to use it. Great location right down the street from the N. Conway train station, downtown & plenty of shopping. Plenty of restaurants of all price ranges in surrounding 3 miles. When we went to breakfast, there were a ton of kids in the room, but we never heard any of them at night. Very quiet, even though we were at hotel on first night of "bike week" - no motorcycle noises and we were on first floor on front side of hotel with our windows cracked. We never checked out the pool, but saw a lot of people coming from the pool area, heading to their rooms. 4pm check-in was rather late, but we found plenty of things to do while waiting to get our room. When we arrived, at 3:45, the room was ready for us.

Everything was excellent; the most helpful and cordial manager of any on our trip. Absolutely nothing. One of the friendliest and most helpful staffs we have ever met.

Our bed was extremely comfortable (a Simmons pillow-top/had to look because I am in the market for a new one at home). The pillows were very soft...my boys, who are not very discriminating thought they were great! The hot tub was hot enough (about 102 degrees). Good temp for my children and us. The pool was approx. 80 degrees, clean and fun to swim in with the kids. Even though we stayed during ski season, it was after a freezing rain so the place was not very busy. We did not have trouble finding a spot at the pool. The staff was nice and the breakfast was well stocked with little omelettes, sausages, cinnamon buns, cereals, bagels, and bananas and oranges...lots of juice/milk/coffee and a friendly staff. Will stay agian. I am taking the time to write this review because we have had some bad experiences with other hotels in the past and I hope others who read this reviews will follow suit so I don't waste my money on other hotels.

This is on our route through New England, and we lucked out by staying here. We were treated as one of the family. Continental Breakfast was the best we experienced on a 12 day trip, staying at 8 different facilities.

This is a very comfortable hotel right in the midst of the tax-free NH shopping outlets. Went on the traditional shopping weekend in the area. Hotel was very quiet in spite of being on busy Route 16. The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. We didn't use the heated pool but others did and seemed to be enjoying it. Our only complaint was that the very young desk clerk greeted us with "What's up, guys"? and really seemed to need some serious customer service education. This was more than made up for when we later met the manager of the day who was very accomodating and friendly. Great parking lot and close to all area restaurants. The Continental breakfast was more than adequate but the room was very crowded in the two hours it was open, so we waited til some people moved on. Could be a big problem when the hotel is full. Overall, a very nice place to stay

The Holiday Inn Express in N. Conway, NH is priced among others in this resort area. It is clean, comfortable, seems to be well managed and they serve a nice breakfast. I will be staying there again on trips back to the area this summer.

The location was first rate. Right in the middle of the North Conway strip. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. Excellent location, clean, ample parking. Breakfast was excellent except for the powdered eggs. Breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. Had to wait in line for a seat. Friendly staff, comfortable room, good experience.

My bathroom sink was stopped up, along with the shower, Not customer friendly or convienient in any way.. I will look for another Hotel for my next trip to N.Conway since I will be up there more often in the future..

Arrived early not feeling well offered suite but it was for smokers and the smell was harsh.Waited two hours and given another suite smell not so bad.Room was comfortable and quite.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites made our stay in North Conway very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and went out of there way to assist you. The room was very clean and the beds were the most comfortables beds I have ever slept in. The bathroom was large and the shower had lots of power. The kids really enjoyed the pool after a long day out. There was also a great selection during breakfast. the location was perfect. It was close to many restaurants and lots of outlet stores. I would recommend anyone going to North Conway stay at The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites

The staff is fantastic, the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, breakfast was easy, liked the fireplace in the room. Nothing. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Desk staff very friendly and helpful (Meegan). Kept the room in great shape. Pool area seemed a little less quality than the rest of hotel. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, even the lobby which had heavy snow traffic. Good, healthy and other breakfast choices. All in all we had a very nice experience.
