everything is wonderful, staff was helpful and accomadating

Room was clean and well kempt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Too many families with children and smoking rooms right down the hall from our non-smoking room. The hotel was very nice but there were kids everywhere. There was a family above us who let their kids continue jumping from the beds to the floor. We complained several times to the front desk who called the family several times. The hotel had to drain the hot tub because of an accident the night before from some children who were using it, and it never warmed back up while we were there.

Holiday Inn Express in Muncie was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The location was very accessible to restaurants and stores. The breakfast was wonderful. I like the idea of having something hot in the morning. Not your average doughnut/coffee breakfast. I had plenty of coffee in my room plus a refrigerator and microwave. The whirlpool tub was an added bonus. Took all the tension away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Muncie. And Kudos goes to the staff for helping me fix my costume for Halloween.

Location to college. Non-smoking floor smelled very smokey. All in all the hotel was nice.

The young man at the desk was especially helpful. As seniors, we were well cared for. This hotel would be my choice compared to others where we've stayed.

Very convenient to Ball State University. Breakfast buffet could have been better. Rooms are of good size & very clean. It appears hotel is recently updated bedding - very nice.

It was cleanand comfortable, felt safe. My room had a plunger in the bathroom when we arrive. The next morning the toilet starts to overflow and I then quest had to use the plunger.
