Our plans were because of a family funeral. We so appreciated the excellent service and a quiet and comfortable place to rest upon our arrival. After a good night's rest, terrific shower, and great breakfast we were ready to face the day. If we ever come to Morehead City again we will surely stay at the Holiday. Thanks so much!

The hotel overall was awesome. The check-in lady in the evening helped me get a non-smoking room (Priceline do not specify) which was great but it seemed like it took forever (minutes) to switch rooms. The breakfast staff were very pleasant. The 3 rd floor smelled of smoke but onceI was in my roomI could smell anything else. Overall good stay!

We've stayed here twice, both times in the off-season when we got a great rate. The hotel was very well kept and staff members were very friendly. Breakfast choices weren't extensive, but you could get fruit, cereal, breads, yogurt and pastries. The location was a little bit out of the way from major attractions (about 15 minutes to Atlantic Beach or Beaufort), but it was worth it for our clean and pleasant stay.

Beds comfortable. Breakfast wasn't ready before our early ferry departure. We needed to leave early Saturday morning to catch a ferry. Though the free breakfast was not yet ready we were able to get a few items to take with us. Overall it was a late arrival and short stay for us. It worked out okay.

The breakfast. The room was dirty and not vacuumed when we checked in. They moved us to another room and it had trash left from the previous guest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very attentive staff, I felt they cared at the local level. No fan in bathroom, light bulbs burnt out. A very nice budget hotel for the traveler, as long as your out doing other things in the area, this hotel is a good place to rest, and sleep overnight. Across the street from the New Harris Teeter, and next to a Texas steak house.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was too deep for young children, drink machines did not work properly, breakfast could have been better. This hotel is great for business travelers and families. It is close to restaurants, has indoor room access and an outdoor pool. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had lots of choices: cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, etc., but not much for the health-conscious traveler. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Refrigerator, microwave, fitness room, comfortable bed. Breakfast bar was mostly imitation food. Easy access to this hotel provided us with a comfortable stay including refrigerator/microwave, TV and lounging area with which to entertain and visit with family.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. It took a very long time for them to get to our room to clean it. We were out from 10am to 3:30pm. It was cleaned when we left for the 2nd time. The hotel was great and the front desk personnel were very helpful at all times and very friendly. Its means a lot when you are in a different place to have nice people to deal with-a real Kudos to the staff.

it is clean, taken care of and the breakfast is good, location is great. The employees at the front desk and the breakfast attendant have changed (negative). My husband stays for business at this hotel 4 times a year and I take the kids there twice a year and book a few extra days. Before, we loved the hotel for the friendliness of its employees (and the owner lady still is!), but this time the front desk staff was not very friendly (just kind of barely did their job because they had to) and the breakfast lady constantly smoked in the stairways, which was absolutely disgusting. We were quite a bit disappointed this time and would probably book a different hotel next time. The other hotels already reduced their rates for the fall (this one here didn't - and it would have been worth it if the staff hadn't been so unfriendly).

Very friendly staff, clean, good location, rooms are great, children friendly. The fans in the bathrooms don't work, but it didn't really bother anyone. We became to know this hotel through my husband when traveling for business to Morehead City. It's great for business and families!
