The accomodations were very good & clean & service was also good.

The lobby was clean & they provided me with an internet cable. The location was miserable and was not up to expectations. Though the sign on the hotel door said Holiday Inn Express it was not what our family had come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The lobby was clean and the staff was cordial but that all ended at the room door. Our room was not, the beds especially, Holiday Inn Express caliber. The beds did not have the great sheets, blankets and pillows like other Holiday Inn Express. The towels were hard and rough unlike other Holiday Inn Express. The location was miserable, it is on the edge of a terrible neighborhood with no way to enter the Hotel from the East bound lane without making a U Turn. Not at all what we were looking for after 16 hours of driving.

The place was clean, in fact it had an overwhelming smell of pine-sol when you walked in, it was way to much. The room was clean, but it had the worst pillows I ever slept on. It was a bit off the main areas and I had received wrong directions from the reservation clerk before I came. I think the price was to much considering it wasn't peak season. There were less than eight cars in the parking lot, but they put a family with running children right above me and they became unbearably noisy early in the morning. I had to check out earlier than expected because of this. Frankly, I feel I should have been compensated for this but was just told 'I'm sorry', while they handed me my bill. If it is just for one night, it will do in a pinch, but otherwise I will look for something closer to the freeway and make sure my room is on top.

This Montgomery Alabama Holiday Inn Express sucks. We reserved this motel for a special night on our trip to Florida. Paid extra for a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi so small only one person would have fit. Room smelled terribly of mold or mildew. We refused to stay in it. Were told that no other rooms were available. Labor weekend we had to drive another 3 hours. This is the second bad experience we have had with Holiday Inn Express. We will no longer look at Holiday Inn Express!

I liked the fact that the hotel was nice and clean for the time that we spent there. Exercise room was conveniently located. I hate the noisy fan that comes on when you turn on the light in the bathroom.

Everything was up to parr. Today it is hard to find a place that is real clean and our room was very clean. Staff was very nice. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites wasn't quite what we were expecting. It was difficult to see the road to the entrance in the dark. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hallways had a smoking smell and the room air conditioner had a difficult time keeping the room at a constant temperature.

my husband i were so happy with the holiday inn express. it was a wonderful experience from the wonderful foods at breakfast to the cleanliness of our room, i would highly reccomend this hotel to travelers.

This was a fine basic hotel, new and clean. My only issue was that both days that I was there the housekeepers would still try to come in when the door was deadbolted and latched, and then never came back. I took this up with the manager, as I could see that some guests might have a real issue with this, and they took the concern in a very professional manner.

The overall stay was fine. I was shocked though when I reviewed my statements to find that I was charged 3 times for the same room and this was only a one night stay! Check all of your charges before you leave.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MONTGOMERY was very clean and quiet. The bed room was very comportable and other furniture were arranged well, then I felt that my choice is good. The hotel building is built this year, then all facility were new and working well. Steffs were very kind and explain details for dinner restaurant and the way to go I-65. But the location is remoted place from I-85 and I-65, aproximatly 5-7min. All conditions are good exept location.
