The free breakfast was delicious! We would say everything was excellent-the food, the spacious room, the pool, etc.

This hotel was great. The pool was very large, the free breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The guest rooms were very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and had no complaints. OUr kids loved the hotel so I'm sure we'll be back next time we're in Moncton.

When we checked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile. Although I arrived at approx 8pm, I was able to enjoy room service from the restaurant and it was excellent. I had meetings the following day at the same property and employees were very courteous. The housekeeper who cleaned my room was also very pleasant! I stay at many hotels but this hotel had the largest pool I have seen. All in all this has been the best stay in Moncton and I would recommend to anyone I know!

Very clean and spacious with many amenities. Was presently surprised at what the hotel had to offer and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel smelled of swimming pool everywhere. The toilet leaked. The restaurant was small, the food tasteless and for the flavour, definitely overpriced. I awoke with hives two nights in a row. I am not even an allergic person! The second night I went to show the attendent at the front desk so there would be no doubt I was telling the truth. He seemed mortified at my hives and said he would have it taken care of on our bill. The girl the next morning new nothing of it and, after talking to a manager, offered only to comp our movie. I emailed the corporate office and still have not heard anything from them. I worry that they may have mold. The included breakfast was good . . . I'll give them that.I'm hoping corporate gets back to me soon and restores my faith in Holiday Inn Express.

It was very cool.

Clean and free breakfast. Would not issue a receipt. Rooms are big but ceilings are very low.

We had a king size bed that was really soft and comfortable. Also the room was clean with big soft towels in the bathroom. Nothing. We liked this room and everything we needed was there. We would return to this hotel again.

Free breakfast, good for families with kids. Too loud and busy for a relaxing getaway. A very family friendly hotel, good breakfast, but is not a destination in itself and is meant only as a stop over for traveling families.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. To take advantage of the continental breakfast you had to wait up to 30 minutes in line. This is a hotel for families, it is not ideal for business. It is impossible for a person to use the fitness centre, pool or to take advantage of the continental breakfast because it is over run with kids. This is a hotel for families that do not mind complete chaos.

Top notch staff and clean rooms. The line ups for breakfast. The hotel staff reflect the genuine friendliness we saw throughout New Brunswick; they all seemed to be fluent in both official languages and that was a real bonus. The rooms are clean and well kept. The hotel is located a stone's throw from shopping, restaurants, gas stations, the highway to anywhere and Magnetic Hill.

Clean, spacious, beds comfortable, pool, laundry, close to where we were going. Parking lot can be a bit confusing. Location is great, very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely revisit this hotel.

I love the free continental breakfast. I was the best one I ever had. Not sure. I was an older style hotel that has been renovate. I love newer hotels.

Large rooms, excellent cleanliness and decorating, welcoming staff who take pride in their hotel. Absolutely nothing. Large rooms, updated decor, immaculately clean, everything shows the pride the staff have in their hotel. It was not built as a Holiday Inn Express originally so you get much more space than you'd expect and it has a pool. Breakfast room very spacious and there is an excellent selection of items.

Breakfast includes. It was quite convenient to walk to the room with many luggages. Not bad hotel.

They gave us a 30.00 upgrade for free. Nothing. It was quiet, clean and service was excellent.

Location and parking. No elevators had to walk to the front to re-activate cards. First time I see a hotel with no elevators.

Good location and staff was helpful. Clean, friendly staff, good location and excellentcontinental breakfast.

Very nice, clean rooms. Went to pool, no towels, took staff over 1/2 hr to bring stock of towels. The hotel was excellent. Only a few minor issues, which didn't justify complaining. Coffee maker in room, there was no whitener; stir sticks, etc. left in the room. Went to pool, where there is supposed to be a stock of towels for hotel guests. We got there, and no towels. My wife went to front desk to inform them; they said some one would be right along. We did our swim, went in the hot tub and sauna, and still no towels. I had just gotten ready to leave and walked into the hallway, drenched with water, when a staff member came along with towels. It was just a general item which they should not have missed. The towels should be checked often when the hotel is busy. Other than that, great stay.

The staff was helpful and the house keeping was very good. Some guests were inconsiderate when using the washers and dryers. This hotel is convenient to the funky sites, the housekeeping staff is friendly and efficient, and the front desk staff responds promptly.
