Extremely friendly staff! There was no restaurant. Pretty good hotel, but the decor is really ugly. It may be time for a redesign. Also, it would be nice if there were a restaurant located inside the hotel.

Holliday Inn has nice clean rooms and plenty of towels for hot showers. The breakfast sucks so go elsewhere for that like down the road a few miles into moab there is a great cafe on the south side of the road. If I were to go back to Moab again I would stay at Holiday Inn.

Everything about our stay in this hotel was handled in a pleasant and professional manner. The room was clean and the beds were the best out of three hotels we stated at this week. Overall I would recommend this hotel without qualification.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Took 40 mins to check in.

Nicest place to stay in this very small town and great location to National Parks. However, sheets would not stay on bed. Appears they have added pillowtops to the existing mattresses and the sheets do not fit properly. Evening we stayed there were emergency vehicles for over an hour between 11PM and midnight. Called to front desk and was advised there was a scenic incident!! No fruit on breakfast bar and eggs tasted powdered and overcooked. Would recommend but they do need to work on a few things. Will add that the best deal for a good, reasonably priced meal is the Moab Diner. Unlike the Moab Brewery which had long lines, more expensive and an individual who vomited at the entry as we were going on, the Diner offers home cooking, friendly service, good price.

The hotel was a perfect stopover for us - the staff were friendly and courteous, everything worked well, it was clean, airy, spacious, quiet - some of the hotels in downtown Moab looked like they could be rather noisy, but this hotel was just outside town and on the way to Arches national park.

Indoor pool was nice for the kids. Hot breakfast could use improvement in quality.

Clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. On the outskirts of town near the river, perfect for what we wanted. Not real close to any restaurants, but hey it's Moab...how far away can anything be? Great place to use as a base for visiting Arches if you're not camping there.

This hotel is very nice. The only problem is with housekeeping. One morning they didn't leave coffee or shampoo and soap, another morning they left coffee but no cups and we found a pacifier and m&m's under our bed. Another couple we were traveling with found jelly beans under the bed skirt in their room. After we complained, we had different housekeepers clean our rooms and it was much better. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel was full and when people came in trying to get a room the hotel staff tried very hard to find rooms for them at other hotels. They served a full breakfast and the hotel was very quiet and in a great location just out of town, which is just about a mile away. We would stay there again.

Comfortable linens, good size room, good breakfast. I was very happy with my stay at Holiday Inn Express in Moab, UT. The room was comfortable. Good pillows for a hotel of this price range. Staff was courteous. The breakfast had a nice variety of items.

I've always been pleased with Holiday Inn Express in other cities I've stayed in. And the Moab location lived up to my expectations. It's on the north outskirts of town, but it's only a few minutes' drive to the main downtown area where you'll find lots of restaurants, shopping, and things to do. The room was modern and very clean, and the bathroom appears recently updated. I slept like a baby on the comfy pillowtop mattress, and the massaging showerhead was really relaxing. There are cheaper places to stay in Moab, but I don't know of anything that's a better value for the price than the Holiday Inn Express.

Very surprized wonderful hotel. We were right next to outside door and we could hear everytime it was shut would not recommend this room if you want sleep. Very surprized! Breakfast, microwave, refrigerator included. Only thing bad was we were next to outside door and everytime door shut it slamed and woke us up. Employees very nice breakfast hot.

Overall, a very nice place to stay. Location was ~1 mile from Arches National Park and less than 1 mile from Moab downtown. Hotel was clean and quite. Staff was polite and very helpful with hotel information, area attractions and dining suggestions. Complimentary breakfast was good, with a nice variety of items. Wireless internet service was spotty, but had good coverage when operating.

Clean, comfortable, and great breakfast! The swimming pool is real stuffy! The chlorine smells irritates eyes. The hotel was great! The breakfast was good. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the receptionists were very helpful. Definitely would recommend family and friends to stay here.

It was newer, clean, and had a good free breakfast. No problems. This hotel is located on the far end of town, closest to Arches and Canyonlands. It is pretty new and very clean. The free continental breakfast included eggs, biscuits and gravy, and bacon not bad!

Room was awesome. Breakfast was good. Indoor swimming pool was excellent. Overall hotel is outstanding. Nil. Hotel room was excellent. Air condition was very cold. The suite which I stayed was very spacious. Hotel staff was friendly. All items in the room are very new. No regrets. I personally will choose Holiday Inn for my next holiday trips.

The pillows had embroidered "hard" or "soft" on them. The lotion smelled like nutmeg- yum! The eggs at the hotel breakfast had never seen a chicken :). This Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. The Staff was very helpful giving us directions on where to find a swimsuit and a pharmacy. ("No, I'm not the pilot, but I stayed in a Holiday Inn express last night.") I loved how the pillows were labeled "Hard" or "Soft". Also, the lotion smelled like nutmeg and I may have to stay another night or write to the hotel because I liked the scent so much! But by far, the hot morning free breakfast with the homemade cinnamon rolls were the best. I would definitely stay at this hotel chain again. I don't know if they are all like the one in Moab, but if so, I will never stay at another hotel rival if given the choice.

It was clean. They could not cancel my 2nd reservation (even though they would have no problem filling the room and charging the new occupants more).

We were in Moad with family to visit Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Great hotel, super service, typical breakfast, close to the park entrances, not far from town. Would definitely stay again even though they where having some wireless internet problems while we were there. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!!
