We stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels nearly every week. I have only stayed in one other one as nice as this one, and that was in Cortez, Colorado. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every staff member encountered says "hi". The rooms and the rest of the hotel is very well maintained. The breakfast is fully stocked. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Miami area.

The best was so soft it was hard not to instantly fall asleep. The bathroom looked as if it had recently been remodeled. Very nice. The room was a bit small and not set up the best for optimal space usage. I would stay at this hotel the next time I am in that area. It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. My kids loved the breakfast, except the eggs. They were dry. Everything else was wonderful.

"My husband & I were in Miami on business during the Superbowl weekend. The convenience of this hotel (1/2 way to miami dolphin stadium & 1/2 way to south beach, miami) made traveling to both venues very easy. The hotel has easy access to the highway. The staff was very courteous and helpful with directions and maps. The check-in process was speedy, the rooms were clean, a little dimly lit although there were 3 or 4 lamps in the room. Room service was timely. This hotel was an asset to our very prosperous business weekend. When we return to the area we will definately stay here again."

the hotel was nice the only thing that i have to complain about is the staff not being able to speak english and the water was yellow and we didnt discover that until the day before we were leaving. i went to rinse out a cup and noticed that the water was a not clear but i will say they fixed it immediately after i complained about it.

The room and hotel was clean and free real breakfast. Nothing, it was a great experience overall. Pleasant and friendly staff. Free real breakfast, clean sheets, free shampoo and conditioner. With microwave and mini fridge inside room. Ample parking lot and great appearance.

I chose this hotel at a time when hotels were a premium due to several college football bowl games and an NFL playoff game. The reviews were average to above and price seemed reasonable so I chose it. Warning! Not close to anything unless you have a rental car and can navigate well. The location is located fairly in the middle between Miami and Ft Lauderdale but you should be good at reading maps of have a GPS to get around because the street/route #'s could be confusing between the numbered avenues and streets distinguished by additional location designations like NW, W NE, etc. If you use 20th Ave NW instead of 20th st W in your GPS, you will end up miles away and maybe in a very bad location. And you won't feel that safe parking your rental car on the very poorly lit lot. Slow elevators (If both are working). The front staff gets kudos for a local restaurant suggestion, but that was outweighed by the cleaning staff who barely knocked before barging in as early as 8:00 am and one time at 7:45 PM while my daughter was exiting the shower. Still haven't figured out why at 7:45 PM??? Someone at the game asked where we were staying and when told, they gave us a funny look and stated don't leave the hotel area on foot at night. Cont breakfast was mediocre at best. No complaints about the furniture, TV, desk, WiFi, fridge, safe, etc.

"stayed 2 nights after cruise, check-in was a breeze, we booked online thru *** 1 month before, double bed non smoking, very courteous and helpful staff, room and bathroom is rather clean, self-serve breakfast, free high speed internet, lots of quiet business types, location isn't exactly residential, but it's next to two giant factory-like buildings, no big worries about car theft when the area is fairly isolated, only problem is phone calls automatically get dropped into machine when you are online (free high speed internet in each room), full amenities aside from lack of coffee maker"

Clean, big rooms. Great breakfast. Great service. We enjoyed our stay here. The free internet service in our room was great. The breakfast was very good. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would love to stay here again. The fitness room was nice also.

Friendly & accommodating front desk staff. Convenient location but noisey (near highway). Terrific front desk staff. Generous self-serve breakfast. Would definitely return.
