This is a great place to stay with family it's kept very nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We travel with children so it's nice to have the pool for them to swim in. There are a couple of places to eat actually in walking distant. We always stay here when we come to Maryville.

I've stayed at this hotel on 4 separate occassions in 2008. Every time the hotel staff have been nice, the mattress has been excellent, and the facility clean. My only complaint is with housekeeping. On every visit, if the do not disturb sign is on your door after 9AM, housekeeping does not clean the room that day. It's unpleasant to return to the room in the evening to find the beds unmade and no clean towels. I've even stopped by the front desk and requested my room be cleaned when I left at 10:30AM and still found it dirty at the end of the day. Other than housekeeping, the hotel is wonderful and in my opinion, the best quality in Maryville.

Very nice hotel for a smaller community. The bed were very good, staff friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Maryville or Northwest Missouri State University.

Very convenient, Applebee's next door, and great breakfast. I didn't specify, but I was given a smoking room that smelled very bad. I didn't ask to change though, or they probably would have let me.

Clean, great breakfast, newspaper. Room was a smoking room, by an ice machine. My mistake for not specifying a non-smoking room and the room was very close to a noisy and busy ice machine. Otherwise my stay was excellent and would recommend the hotel.

I thought this hotel was great! It was convenient, clean and the staff was super friendly! I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in Maryville. It was awesome for the money. I would not hesitate making arrangements to stay here anytime I need to be in that area.

The Beds were very comfortable. The road construction near the hotel. Very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Some people had let their child in diapers in to poo/sauna area and child's diaper needed changing forcing closure of pool/sauna area. see above=should not allow children in diapers in big pool/sauna area

Rooms were nice. They failed to clean our room. The cleanin staff failed to clean our room. We slept in as we had be with an ill realative during the prior evening. We were up and out of the room by 1040-1050. The cleaning staff never returned to clean the room. When we came back to the room about 245pm we called the desk and advised them of this. The desk cleark advised he would see what he could do, but to our dismay the room was not cleaned. When we returned we were luck to be able to get towels for the next morning

Applebees is next door and the hotel staff was excellent. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Staff is great. Across the street from Applebees, great. High speed internet works great here.

Helpful staff. The staff was very helpful. The light inside the door burned out when we turned it on and they came immediately when we told them about it.

Staff very friendly rooms exceptionally clean. This Holiday Inn Express is exceptional. I travel in 8 states and this is the only one that I have rated as exceptional in all catagories.
