My wife and I have stayed at this location several times since their opening weekend. We have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely friendly and all of the ammenities are up to date. This is an ideal location with easy access to the freeway as well as being close to all of the attractions in Marysville. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Clean, helpful staff, close to everything we went for, and nice pillows. No patio, one of us was a smoker. Very close to the casino and the outlet stores.

This hotel seems to be very newly built. The room was beautiful and very clean. It even had a flat screen tv. Breakfast was good and included bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs (eggs were salty), in addition to the continental breakfast. Hotel staff were very friendly. I would definately stay here again.

Very friendly service and clean, new, spacious, andneat. Nothing. Every employees at the hotel was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and new, this is the best Holiday Inn I experienced and I've been to many of their chains around the world.

Location and cleanliness were great. Upstairs guests were very noisy and we didn't get much sleep. Good hotel. It was clean and convenient.

Very clean, comfortable sheets andtowels. Nothing. More than met my expectations. Included a lovely continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I lost my wedding ring while visiting there and the front desk was very concerned, bedding was amazing. More than I epxected. Very comfortable and extremely clean and cared for.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and better than expected! I can't think of anything we did not like. This hotel was better than expected, everything was clean and well maintained the pool and spa were sparkling clean the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious all of them have refrigerator and microwave, the flat screen 32 inch TV in every room was very nice! We will definitely stay here again!

Room decor, and friendliness of staff. No shuttle service to nearby sites, no inhouse restaurants. The rooms and service were great. Unfortunately, if you don't have a car, there's not much you can do to explore the nearby sites, like casino, Outlet mall. The hotel needs a shuttle service for it's guests, and an in house restaurant or room service. We had a snow storm during our stay, and it was not pleasant being stuck at the hotel without transport and food.

Friendly staff, clean, breadfeast room clean and good food. People smoking by the front entrance. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Very clean and maid service was prompt. Large area with many tables for breakfeast or having coffee with family. Pool was clean and had an outside shower. Cookie plate with coffee was my husbands favorite after we came in late at night.

Rooms were big, extra clean and very nicely decorated. Very minor, but, breakfast could have been open till 10:00 am. Very nice hotel, big room, clean, and convenient to the freeway, but also quiet.

Check out time. The beds were horrible! Lumpy and uncomfortable. Pillows too. The room was very nice with a fridge and coffee maker. The decor make it look fancy and comfortable. What I didn't like was the beds. Lumpy, hard and uncomfortable. The desk staff was awesome. They really tried to be nice and accommodate. I would stay there again in hopes they get better beds.

The front desk staff was friendly & helpful. The automatic door to underground garage did not work & I had to have staff open from front desk. I thought the hotel exceeded expectations. I usually stay @ Holiday Inn Express whenever possible & found this one to be one of the best. The front desk staff was extremely friendly & helpful with info. Everything was clean & tidy. Breakfast area was kept clean. Really enjoyed the stay.

Newly furnished, odor free and quiet heater/AC. Has a too late check in. Very friendly and accommodating staff. It was a frosty morning and the hotel furnished a ice scraper. Free Sunday paper is always a nice touch.

The hotel will call a shuttle to take you to and from the casino. It was over convenient. The hotel was much better thanI expected. It was clean and roomy and the staff were very nice.
