This was the second time we stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. First time was not a bad experience but this second time was very disappointing. The hotel seems have gone down hill in a relatively short time span. We found the room to be less than clean when we checked in. The walls were dirty in the sleeping area and there was considerable black mold in the bathroom around the tub edge and soap holder. Also we had a no smoking room this time and I was surprised that the non smoking rooms were on the same floor as the smoking rooms. As a former smoker I was unaware of this the first time. This could be a real issue for someone who has allergies to cigarette smoke.

Room was quiet even though it was right next to the elevator and vending machines. TV channels were not updated on TV listing. This was a good affordable hotel. Breakfast bar was well stacked with a variety of foods. Good location right off of the interstate. Easy access to downtown Chattanooga.

Wonderful breakfast choices. The room was clean except the recliner had several stains and also the carpet in front of the recliner was stained. Other than that fact the room was fine. I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident, otherwise the room was great. In a good location not too far from downtown.

They never had towels for the swimming pool or the room. This hotel is in a nice location but they never had towels for the pool or towels for the guest room. We had 4 people in a room and all they could give us were 2 bath towels even though I requested towels multiple times. Their answer was they didn't have any. I was quite upset about that.

I was disatisfied with this holiday inn compared to most of them. There was no jacuzzi and the rooms weren't as nice as some of them. I really didn't care for housekeeping, they were pretty rude. Also the cable channels were minimal. But as for holiday inns in general, love them.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The only exception was room service. We had to ask the front desk for towels everyday of our stay because housekeeping didnt restock them.

Hotel was very well kept up and the free breakfast was great. Will definitely stay at more Holiday Inn Express locations.

The matress was like sleeping on a cloud! I did have a smoking room, but it was like 20 people had been smoking in there.

Easy location to find near Ruby Falls. Easy check-in and walked to restaurant (Cracker Barrel) next to hotel. Room was alright but had smell similar to Ruby Falls cavern we had just visited. I had difficulty with the TV remote but the staff at front desk was very helpful(replaced battery). Continental breakfast was well done and most guests at hotel appeared to avail themselves with this option. Access to city was very easy from the location of hotel.

Highly recommended. Convenient location, awesome view, friendly staff, very clean. Highly recommended.

Very quiet location. Stayed for four nights and did not hear any noise the entire time, no highway traffic all night long. Very comfortable bed, decent hot continental breakfast. A little far to drive for big name chain restaurants, but worth the peace and quiet.

The hotel was nicer than I expected, we stayed in a junior suite and it was exceptional.I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express to everyone and the breakfast was awesome!

Nothing. The staff was really crappy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The office people were awful. No one knew what they were doing, and the hotel was not that great.

Everyone was very friendly. They had biscuits and gravy, which we loved! The room was comfortable and clean. The color scheme was not very pretty, but everyone has their own taste. This color scheme seems to be the one for Holiday Inn Express. We had a very good stay and would recommend it to others.

Friendly and courteous staff. The absolute worst beds, very uncomfortable, did not sleep at all during my 3 night stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was smelly and stuffy. The bed lumpy and very uncomfortable. It was very convenient to have a microwave and a fridge that stayed very cold.

Nice staff, nice hotel the rooms are very big the bed was not too comfortable but the very plush pillows made up for it. Our only complaints were the over eagerness of the cleaning staff. When they came to clean if you didn't answer the door within ten seconds they would barge right in. The breakfast was nice and the hotel is in a great location only ten minutes from downtown Chattanooga.

Everyone was welcoming. The room accommadations made us feel at home. Great location to downtown Chattanooga also. The indoor swimming pool was a big hit with the kids. Definitely would stay again.

Hotel was very clean, really liked that comforters on beds were white(so you could see they were clean) Beds and pillows were comfy, and breakfast was good. Very good location, close to lookout mt. and downtown. Didn't get to use pool but looked nice.

I have stayed in tons of hotels and this one was well worth the money. We stayed with kids and they loved the pool. The room we stayed in was very clean and looked beautiful. it wasn't dated like a lot of hotel rooms. It had a nice minifridge and microwave. The pillows even had 'soft' or 'firm' labeled on them. It was extremely quiet eventhough it is right off the interstate. It wasn't far from downtown Chattanooga and only 15 minutes to Lake Winnie. We will stay here again and recomend to friends.

I was not impressed with this hotel. The outside is pretty but the room decor looks shabby. The bed wasn't great. Our room was non-smoking but the floor smelled like smoke. The shower was ok and the towels were nice. The free breakfast was ok. The staff was polite. Would probably search other options before staying here again.
