All staff friendly and helpful. Manager gave superior feeling of hospitality and genuine friendliness. This building is large and can accommodate large convention or church groups as well as small family travelers. It is new and has that good new feeling and ambiance. We will try to return here someday when we are near the area.

This is a new hotel in Las Vegas NM. The staff is nice and friendly, the rooms are immaculate. It was a pleasant stay and well worth the money.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding. We were in town during a difficult time for our family. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The hotel and rooms were clean and everything was well maintained. We would be happy to stay here again. Holiday Inn should be proud of their employees!!! A big thanks to the front desk staff.

I agree completely with Anita. This is a friendly, comfortable place to stay. Nicely appointed inside, too. I was so impressed by this hotel that I wrote the manager a very complimentary letter. The rooms are well-north of just "clean," the staff will not miss an opportunity to make you happy, there is a full (not Continental) breakfast, two desktop computers in the lobby - one with printer (!), etc. The location is away from town, but it is well off the road and very quiet. I've not stayed anywhere else in town for comparison, and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to. Scott K. Fountain, CO
