Very-Very-Good. Price and Beds.Needs more light at Entering, off Polynesian Drive, Went past it twice at night. A sign would be nice also.

We were looking forward to a great vacation at Disney World with our 2 grandchildren but when we got to the hotel room that Orbitz had booked for us we were so disappointed that I cried after checking in. We were booked in a room for handicap customers. We had no bathtub only a large shower area made to accomodate a wheel chair which caused water all over the bathroom floor every time 1 of the 4 of us showered as the drain slopped downward towards the middle of the bathroom floor. The closet area was also made to accomodate someone in a wheelchair as it was very low and when hanging our clothing ittouched the floor area. The ironing board was a table top type because according to the manager it was made to fit in the lowered closet area. Because of the size of the bathroom the sleeping area was of course cut in half which didn't allow much moving around area for 2 grown adults and 2 children. The dresser was also set low to accomodate a handicap customer. When we confronted the manager of the hotel with our disappointment at the room we were told that Orbitz had booked the room and had a discription of the rooms and it was not managements fault that Orbitz had booked such a room for us. We are furious that Orbitz would book a family of 4 on vacation in such a described handicap room. The manager wouldn't change rooms as the hotel was booked full and again repeated to us that Orbitz booked the cheapest room they could for us and that the handicap room was their choice not the hotel's. We will NEVER again book with Orbitz and we are a family that travels at least 3 times per year. We also know MANY people that travel and we will be sure to let them know the TERRIBLE experience we had with Orbitz and warn them NEVER to use Orbitz for their traveling needs. Again we would like to reinterate that we cannot imagine why a handicap room would be issued to a family of four (2 being children). How do you think you can make this better?

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn express, so close to all the theme parks and near shopping . the rooms were very clean and well equipt. and the staff is very courteous and friendly. You have to rent a car to really enjoy the sights at the theme parks the bus service that is provide by most of the hotels in the city is not very reliable. We really enjoyed the private computer room that is provided to check your e-mail and reserach the area for dinner and shopping. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely return here. A trip to the Kennedy Space Center is a must !!!

Cleanliness, breakfast convenience and close to attractions. A car with you is an excellent option. It suited perfect for us and our teen- agers children. We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this hotel. Our vacation trip expectations were met. The weather at this time of the year was perfect. Safe environment and neat, if I have to travel again to this area, I will come back and recommend it to friends and family.

I don't like making reservations online unless I have been to that hotel personally before, but I took a chance and I am glad. I can say the hotel was very nice, clean and our room was great, nice suite. The pool area was very nice, the lobby was real neat and pretty and the breakfast bar was good. Will stay again.

This hotel is clean, the staff very helpful and friendlly, beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning is very good..there is something there for everyone. The location of the hotel is very close to Disney...about five minutes or less. We had a great experience and would come back again. Best value...I believe

The hotel met our expectations. It was very clean. Great location- 10 minute drive to the Disney parks. We enjoyed the free breakfast, only wish that more fruit was served (only bananas provided). The staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved the hot tub! Great after all day walking! Breakfast was edible at best. The employees great! The continental breakfast left something to be desired even with hot food items such as bacon (like rubber) and eggs (if they really were eggs) room was clean. Bed had soft pillows although bed itself was hard as a rock! Hot tub was great after walking all day. Pool area was nice and clean. However room’s walls were thin!

This hotel was a great deal! We were looking a nice place to spend the night before leaving the next morning and this was it. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Close to the airport via the toll road (1 block west) and near lots of restaurants! I will definately go back.

The room was very neet and cleaned everyday but the walls were thin and you could hear people talking in the next room. The breakfast was average, hot eggs and sausage. Juices were good. After 10 am there was nothing left out for guest to drink...especially coffee? The buses for theme parks fills quickly so get there early otherwise its standing up for you and your family. When I went to business center to print my return tickets for flight, I was on the wrong computer for printing. I had to resign in my account and could not print out receipt for baggage because it only could be printed the one time. This was just frustrating to me. The motel was very clean and the staff was all friendly. Would I stay again...yes.

It was close, quiet and clean. The breakfast was a huge asset. Our bathroom door did not lock, which disturbed our 11 year old son. We were traveling to Orlando from north Florida for Night of Joy at Disney's Hollywood Studios. We needed a hotel close to the park because we would be arriving very late and would be very tired for such a busy day. We wanted something that was close, quiet and clean that included breakfast for our family before we set out for home. (We wanted more than a stale doughnut.) The Holiday Inn Express met our needs on every part! The hotel is very quiet (and appeared to be very near full.) The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fantastic. There were enough choices to satisfy everyone in our family! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

I was attending a conference held at the nearby Gaylord and Marriot complexes. Once I found my way around, it was a very convenient location for this. Clean, good service, more upscale than most Kissimmee hotel/motels! I'll stay there again next year.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We didn't do much except sleep when we were at the hotel, (we were at Disney most of the time), but we did have the free breakfast a couple of times, and we did enjoy the pool on two very hot afternoons. In addition, there are hundreds of dining options around the hotel. We would stay here again.

the holiday inn east does not have near the ameneties of its sister hotel lake buenavista.the hotel was basic fairly clean,but staff extreamly unhelpful.
