Clean, Comfortable, recently updated. Front desk staff. Requested on two occasions availability to stay additional night and was informed hotel full. Brother who was at hotel at same time requested additional night and was told there were several rooms available.

We were there for an overnight getaway. The hotel was quiet, clean, and had a great free continental breakfast. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool was nice, but cold. They had just opened the pool the day before we came, though. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean. Desk clerk did not give a good first impression--she needed major dental work. Very nice and clean for the money. We will stay again next year.

"I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kimball, TN. The staff was very friendly and gave me great advice on dinner. The hotel was just off the main road, so traffic was completely avoided. Overall great stay!"

We liked the breakfasts they were the best we had anywhere. The rooms were clean and well cared for, as well as the hotel. Beds were really nice. We enjoyed our stay.

I liked the Jacuzzi. They were under construction and it was noisy. This hotel was being remodeled so it wasn't in great condition anywhere. The lobby was cluttered with boxes and construction equipment. They worked on the place well into the evening and it was not a good experience. The room was clean and the Bed was nice. Jacuzzi was fun. The wireless internet was not working which was disappointing. Overall it was an ok stay.

We arrived about 11 p.m. and were out again by 8 a.m. I couldn't find the hotel and called for directions and was made to feel stupid for not being able to find it. Front Desk Staff not much friendlier when I finally found it. Breakfast Staff preoccupied with individual guests to keep things filled for everyone.

Location. Under renovation. Good convenient location under renovation would have liked to have known this ahead of time discount should have been greater due to this.

Friendly and breakfast lady did outstanding job. Older hotel that didn't meet my expectation of a HI express. People were very friendly. Breakfast was superb for this type of facility. Wireless Internet not available in room was disappointing. For price paid, hotel was satisfactory and okay for a night stay. Rooms need some updating.
