The Holiday Inn Express Kerrville was a great place for us to stay as out of town guests for a wedding weekend. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable, there were multiple pillows with labels firm, and soft sewn in the cases; ample room for suitcases and hanging clothes, a separate desk/table and chairs; ample thick and soft towels; and other little amenities. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the dining room is large with seating accomodations at amply sized tables. We enjoyed the outdoor Texas shaped swimming pool for lap swimming exercises - big enough that you could actually swim some distance before having to turn around.

This has to be one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. The beds are comfortable and we slept great in them. The breakfast was a great start and saved us some money. The shower was nice and the pool was awesome. We really enjoyed ourselves and have decided that from now on we would be staying at Holiday Inn Expresses!

My mom and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights - it was perfect. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the room was huge! Very nice, new and clean hotel. Great price too!

The beds were very firm and comfortable. There were bugs in the pool and they freaked out my granddaughter. This hotel was extremely nice and family friendly. We had a beautiful view of the hills with houses on them. Highly recommended if you don't have hundreds of bucks, but still want a nice place to stay.

The price was right, but the Texas-shaped pool was full of green algae. How come the Gnome didn't rebook us? The beds were like sleeping on ironing boards. At least the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice too.

Stayed in Kerrville with hubby and my 2 kids on the 1st floor. LOVED the pool and hot tub. Very easy to get towels, extra pillows, etc. The room was BEAUTIFUL but you can hear people walking up and down the hallway and rooms above you. It was about 1am when someone left their room and the door slammed so loudly it disturbed our sleep. If you don't mind the noise, this hotel is wonderful! I will probably stay here again because the kids love the pool but wear earplugs to sleep or take some good sleep medicine. I haven't stayed on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Maybe we will try that next time.

clean & comfortable when we stayed, they did not have a breakfast buffet, But if I remember correctly, there was a Cracker Barrel next door, which is a big plus.

I liked the large rooms, the breakfast area, and bsns center. The room smelled somewhat like hair oils on the pillows (sweat). Great hotel, not the newest (starting to show some wear) but staff was friendly and the overall experience was very good. The internet was spotty in the business center. This may be because the hotel was in a smaller city. Can't fault them for that.

Convenience and friendly staff. Carpet dirty, roach on wall, remote did not work, and bed uncomfortable. Have stayed at Hi Express many times before. Will think twice before booking again. Room was not in keeping with hi standards. Dirty carpet, insect, mattresses need to be replaced. Convenient; also, staff friendly; that's about it. Very disappointed. Will stay elsewhere when visiting Kerrville again.

The hotel was convenient, clean, fresh and new. The hotel was very nice for a mid-level hotel. It was clean and new, and very accommodating to our needs.

I liked the size of the rooms and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The road in front of the hotel was under construction, so it was hard to get in and out. We had a very pleasant, leisurely stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was very large. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is a restaurant in the hotel, then it would have been perfect. The staff was very helpful.

I enjoyed the fitness center at the hotel. Although I was unable to operate one of the treadmills in the center. It appeared one of the pillow cases of the pillow was not fresh and clean. For the most part this hotel met my expectations for this leisure trip.

The housekeeping service was excellent. There was no onsite restaurant. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay there again.

Large, comfortable, rooms. Non-smoking policy loosely enforced. Great hotel - cigar smoke unfortunately permeated the entire non-smoking floor I was staying on. Breakfast was good; location is pretty convenient, and quiet, since it sits back from the main road.
