Very clean, excellent housekeeping services, quiet. Elevator made strange noise, but worked okay. Nice hotel, with excellent services, and excellent location. Very clean rooms, and other interiors of the hoetl. Attractive with many flowers, nicely clipped grass, and shrubs.

Kanab is in the middle of everything, very good western vacation destination. Not a fancy town, but it's a little of everything for everyone. I've stayed at Holiday Inn in the past in a different state and loved it, and this time I wasn't let down either. The room was comfy, clean and nicely decorated, I had a beautiful sunrise and sunset view, it was warm - my visit was late november. If you want to enjoy the natural wonders of Southern Utah, Holiday Inn at Kanab is a very good choice. Saw a lot of families with small children on Thanksgiving weekend. Breakfast is generous in options, the breakfats room is very accomodating for, say, larger groups, the staff was very friendly, what can I say, I'm glad I got one headache crossed off my to do list when I come back to the area. There are 3 top ten must visit national parks in the area Zion Canyon, Bryce Canyon and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, but be sure to visit everything in the vicinity if you have time, it is awe-striking.

This hotel is very charming and my stay was delightful. The hotel is decorated in a western motif, complete with cowboys and indians. The jacuzzi suite I stayed in was very spacious. There was actually a seperate room for the jacuzzi, which was very nice. The bathroom had granite countertops and a very nice tub/shower combination. There was also a wet bar area which was completed by a mini fridge and a microwave. This hotel is located within a short drive from Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, and Grand Canyon NP (North Rim). I would highly recommend considering this hotel for your stay as the location is great, the room was clean and charming, and the value for the money is unbeatable. Happy Trails!

We were on a two week trip to visit the National Parks in Colorado, Utah, Arizona. This was by far the "best" hotel stay. Reasonable rates, fairly new facility, quaint/cowboy decor, good buffet with extras like hot coffee and warm baked cookies in the evening. Nice little town also that is clean with several good restaurant choices; Houstons diner, Rockin V (upscale). Staff very attentive and clean, inexpensive onsite laundry facilities. Would recommend this to anybody for location, cleanliness, overall good pick.

This hotel turned out to be the best of 5 that we stayed at during a 2-week family vacation and one of those was the Hilton in Las Vegas!. It was excellent and exceeded my expectations! Brand new facility with large spacious rooms. The breakfast that was included in the price was a real treat. A full breakfast, not the typical continential garbage. Staff was very helpful and curteous. Price was more than I typically like to pay for a hotel but it was well worth the cost. I would stay there again without a second thought. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

We are the, "Biggs HOG Chapter" of North San Diego County, California. A ?Well Respected?, group of Motorcycle Enthusiast. We booked our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kanab, Utah from September 19 to 22, 2008. I and the other 48 people with me can't begin to tell you just how accommodating this hotel was. The staff did everything to make our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable ever. I am the booking coordinator for my club and I booked 30 rooms. So when it comes to complaints, I would have heard them if there were any. Instead all I heard was high praise. Our Club couldn't believe how friendly, helpful and courteous the staff was. When we arrived, there was a sign to welcome our group along with fresh, hot baked cookies and cold drinks. The hotel is brand new, just opening in April 2008. The rooms were spacious, immaculate and I would believe pretty well insulated for sound. Attention to detail, everything was done right. The bathroom was large, well lit with a clean tiled floor and a very nice showerhead with plenty of hot water and pressure. The AC was more than adequate and ran very quietly. We enjoy a western décor, plush new bedding, luxurious bathroom amenities, as well as many modern conveniences. They have spacious upgraded suites, which feature a microwave and refrigerator. The pool and spa area was clean and very inviting. A full breakfast complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, hard boiled eggs. Also included an assortment of cereals, French toast, all kinds of fruits, assorted yogurts, freshly baked cinnamon rolls, all types of juices and of coarse tea and coffee from 6am to 10am. That's more than enough food to eat. If there was anything we needed, all we did was ask and it was immediately taken care of. I am personally in debt to these folks for making me a hero with my club. Special Thanks to, Mr. X, the hotel Manager, for allowing me to book 40 rooms before the hotel was even open for business. And Thank you to all the staff that made our stay s

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and all of the facilities are very clean. There was one day when our family was in and out of the room so we needed the room cleaned at our convenience and the staff was more than willing to accomodate us. There is a hot breakfast served in the morning and that was very nice. Hot water for tea, hot chocolate, and coffee are available in the breakfast area 24/7. The pool/sauna area has towels there - no need to go to the front desk and ask for some! The fitness room has 3 machines: treadmill, stepper, bicycle - all state of the art and no one used the facility except my son and I and we were there 3 days. We will stay here again when we return on our next trip.

Nice new hotel in western style located in the middle of Utah's great national parks. Our room was modern, clean and confortable . We enjoyed the very good continental breakfast in a big room with enough sitting places and tables for everybody!

Excellent choice! Brand new hotel that opened May 2008. Very nice cowboy themed decor throughout and breakfast was very nice. Large dining room with fresh biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, pastries, yogurt, cereal, juices, milk, bagels, toast, etc. Very plentiful and the staff kept it coming. The room was very nice, though the walls are a bit thin and you can hear people talking in the hall if they are nearby. Bathroom very nice with granite countertops and everything is labeled, from your towels, soaps, to your pillows-either soft or firm. We would definitely stay here again if the occasion warrants.

Clean and new. Breakfast area was not maintained, shared my stay with a football team which ran unchecked all night long. Pool ammenities were nice but pool rules were not enforced, my child was hurt at the pool. My stay at the hotel was shared with a high school football team which ran up and down the hallway all night long, did not get any rest, pets were restless as a result.

Beds are comfortable, bathroom is nice, kids loved indoor pool and all loved the breakfast. The previous location of the Holiday Inn Express in Kanab had a scenic view of the mountains, so we missed that. This is a very comfortable hotel with amenities that families and couples will like. I forgot to mention that we used the coin laundry, which was a great help on our week-long trip through the area.

Nicest hotel we stayed in on our week long trip. Pets are allowed - barking dogs.
