Very clean and polite staff. Only a outside pool. It was to cold to use on our visit. I was very pleased with my stay at the above location. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. Also since the hotel has a no smoking policy it made it even better.

After staying here monthly for a 12 month period, I've decided to move on. The management would rather profit than serve the client. Service is declining...during my last stay - 1) My room was not cleaned nor made up after vacating it at 10:30 am. 2) There was NO HOT WATER for the entire weekend 3) I was awoken several times during the night by people knocking at my door; security really is needed here in the evenings. I travel here from NY to care for elderly family. When I reported these issues (ON THE FEEDBACK CARDS MANAGEMENT LEFT IN THE ROOM), they were labeled as "COMPLAINTS" and my future reservations were canceled by the management! The staff is miserable, stay away!

This hotel was a brand new facility and absolutely beautiful! All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted and asked how everything was multiple times. If we needed anything they were happy to help. The rooms were immaculate. They have great big flat screen tv's and incredible mattresses. The hot breakfast was amazing, more food than I've seen in most places. It was even free! The pool was great, my kids had so much fun. I got to sit by the pool, under a beautiful canopy. It was so relaxing. The best vacation I've had in a long time.

Beautiful room with spacious bathroom including a wonderful jacuzzi tub. There was a mini kitchen with microwave. Great hotel! We expected more from the breakfast buffet. Great hotel. It's close to downtown Inverness and 15 min away from Homosassa Springs. Our room had a mini kitchen and a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Would recommend it to friends & family.

You want to stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and curtious. The king bed was great with plenty of pillows, both soft and firm. We had plenty of room to move around with a sofa and easy chair, along with a desk. There was also a nice big LCD tv. We were very empressed. The hot breakfast came in handy and goes to 9:30 during the week.

Citrus County finally has a new hotel. The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Lecanto is everyting a business traveler needs while in Citrus County(Inverness, Lecanto, Crystal River, Hommosassa Springs). Brand new hotel, fast efficient front desk service, beautifully decorated rooms with oversized work desks, free high speed internet access, 32 inch LCD flat screens, plush pillow top bedding,etc., etc., etc., The hotel is also 100% pet free and smoke free. The free hot breakfast in the morning is delicious. The only draw back-did not feel like leaving my room after breakfast and attending any of my business meetings .

The breakfast bar was excellent. This hotel is brand new, clean, and green friendly. No pets or smoking allowed. I enjoyed the fitness room and complimentary breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel in April the hotel was great. I loved the great service, the pool the comfortable beds and the homely atmosphere. This hotel is clean , affordable and has a great hot breakfast every morning(love the cinnabuns). I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and anyone that wants a quiet , new and service friendly hotel please visit the Holiday inn truly a great experience.

Everyone was really nice, it was very clean. The beds are awful, hard as a rock, my party and I had trouble sleeping all night. Everything was nice. The breakfast area was great. You can bring food to the room make as many trips as needed. The bathroom in the lobby was very well kept. The room bathroom was super clean. No problem getting more towels. It smelled fresh. The beds were not good--if you like sleeping on rocks!! It was hard to get comfortable in them even with all the pillows. The pool was great, I was able to have some family come over and it was not a problem-very nice. I would recommend this to someone else.
