We went to Houston for a medical specialist's appointment.The Holiday Inn Express we stayed in was fine. However, we saw one much closer to the doctor's office than the one we drove to on the west side. Next time I will ask for the HIE closer to the appointment address. Rain and flooding caused us to spend a lot of time driving to find food and get back to the doctor's office.

I loved the bedding - had the best rest I've had. It was close to my daughter's school and very convenient. Just very comfortable.

We were there for hospital test and needed peace and quiet. It was a great location - easy to hop on the freeway and get where you needed to go. Very clean, nice workers, quiet and overall a great place to stay. Breakfast bar was super!!!!

The night hotel clerk was so very helpful........I truly hope he receives a raise....So enjoyable to deal with nice people like he was to us from excellent directions to help with our luggage.........We also liked the key entry to the breakfast area and elevator. Made us feel safer....

I was in town on business and needed a hotel close to work and economical. I had stayed at this location in the past and had been pleased. The hotel seems to have been upgraded quite a bit. The room decor was new and the linens had been upgraded. I found the bed to be quite comfortable and liked the pillow options - soft to firm. The rooms were kept clean, but I did have to leave a note for the maid to replace the bag in the ice bucket. Otherwise, no complaints on cleanliness. I was disappointed with the iffy wifi, but high speed was available at no charge. The continental breakfast was adequate - the baked daily cinnamon rolls were the best part, a really nice touch! The workout room was adequate as well. Overall, a comfortable stay, which I would do again as long as the price is right.

It was a wonderful place to stay.Office desk people were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great. We stayed 2 nights and were pleased.It might be a little difficult to find the street into the motel unless you have explicit directions like we did on TRIPS AND STREETS software because you had to turn and circle around behind the motel to get to the entrance. You could easily see the motel on Hillcroft but was a little tricky to get to the driveway.
