Breakfast was good, just was not able to book a room for the entire trip. Had to find another hotel for the remainder of our stay in California.

I liked the overall cleanliness and appearance, I also liked the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The room was clean and appeared to be pretty new. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were very comfortable temps and clean. The free breakfast was very good and had a nice variety to choose from including bacon and eggs.

This hotel was a great place for my husband, our 1 year old, and I to stay. There is a heated indoor pool and spa, which is nice when the weather in the High Desert is cold. It was not crowded at all, as a matter of fact we had the whole pool to ourselves most of the time. The breakfast was included and tasted really good. The rooms were very clean and we had an overall great stay. I wish the price was a little cheaper, but still a good value for the amenities.

Situation was corrected with call to the corporation. Lied about the food that was to be served at breakfast. Easy to go to off the freeway. We selected because of its breakfast. One of us has a medical conditioning and it is much less stressful if we can count on not having to travel for breakfast in the morning. The staff lied about the availability of breakfast items. A call to their national headquarters took care of that. If you are not worried about the breakfast, I am sure this would be a very fine hotel in which to stay. I have found other hotels in this chain wonderful to stay at.

"I am a road driver for Fedex Freight. Last night 12/17/08 interstate 15 was shut down do to a snow storm. I stayed at the HIE in Hisperia Ca. I was lucky to get a room, because several thousand folks were in the same boat I was in. The staff was working under adverse conditions, and their replacement help wasn't able to get to work, so they had to work around the clock. Lots of people tryed to get rooms after the hotel was full, and they put as many as they could in the great room for the night, and they fed them breakfest in the morning. These people would have had to spend a long cold night in their cars. This gesture of kindness really impressed me with your organization. I was also told that if I couldn't get my truck out of the snow before checkout time, that wasn't a problem. You can be sure the next time I'm making plans to stay at a hotel, HIE will be at the top of my list. Thanks again for a job well done.

The location was perfect. I was only minutes from S.C.L.A. where I was to begin work. The front desk staff had everything ready when I checked in. They also had maps of the area and gave me some tips for local restaraunts. You can always fins a chain. The fitness room could use free weights. In the morning they some new choices for breakfast. Hot food was an improvement. I have been to this hotel before and did have problems getting on the internet and they didn't have Fox news. Both problems were remedied on this visit. Over all great stay. friendly staff.

My husband and I went to this hotel after going to Mnt. High, these are very good size and clean rooms, they have a jacuzzi and heated pool which was perfect after spending the day in the snow. The continental breakfast was perfect.

Heated pool. No restauraunt only a limited breakfast. Very close to the freeway. Clean and functional. Nice sleep stop but tough if you are snowed in. Perfect stop for skiers going up the hill!

they have a hot breakfast and new bedding! I loved the Cheese omletts and Sausage patties, I made a McMuffin! And the Staff knew where to send us for dinned and other things to do in the area!

The king Jacuzzi suite was wonderful. Someone was smoking and the hallway reeked. Fairly new and clean, easy to get to. Although it was a total non-smoking hotel, someone was smoking in the hallway and it reeked. I reported it to the front desk and they took care of it.

We had to stop for the night. We saw a few more hotels but this one is well lit and as two women traveling alone we wanted something that looked safe. They have secutity and the front desk staff asked if we needed help to our room.

The breakfast was A-1. The elevator broke and was hard to carry suitcase down stairs. This was a hotel I would visit again because the staff is polite and very caring and the hotel is very clean.

Breakfast. The pool and hot tub were very clean when I arrived (Thursday) but by following evening, not too clean. Liked the location and staff very much.
Date of Stay:

The indoor pool, refrigerator, microwave, close to the freeway, continental breakfast, lots of TV Channels and comfortable beds. I wish the breakfast would have included waffles or French toast, something that would stay with the kids as they were in a soccer tournament. The hotel was quite and clean, comfortable beds, indoor pool, refrigerator, microwave, lots of TV Channels and close access to the freeway, restaurants and a shopping mall.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
Nothing. There were two large beds and no room to move around the only plus was that the bathroom was clean. There were no services, no place to eat, not close to any services except a Bobs Big Boy. No services, just some coffee makings in the room, and the packaged coffee was so weak it was undrinkable. Over all it was not a pleasant experience, I would never stay there again. I would never recommend this place to any one I know.
