the hotel is great. my girlfriend and i just needed a place to crash for the night. we walked into the room that was really nice and big. there was even a towel animal on the bed. it was like being on a cruise. well done!

Cleanlieness. Location having to turn into destination quickly, busy road. Great Hotel, very clean very friendly staff. Continental Breakfast was great and fresh as well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, safe and friendly place to stay.

We checked in on a late Sunday night. Looking at the sheets they had yellow stains on them! We alerted the front desk and they said we were lucky that hotel cleaning staff were still avaliable. The overall hotel cleanliness could be better.

It was great except that the swimming pool was out of order and my grandchildren was a little dissatisfied but everything else was great. No swimming pool.

This was a well kept hotel convenient to the Hershey and Lancaster County areas. Only downside was no elevator... which was a little difficult with large suitcases, but it was only one flight of stairs... so not too bad.

They had the best continental breakfast!! you could make breakfast sandwhichs, they had 3 kinds of milk and yogurt and cinnamon rolls... it was far better than any other one i've had before.

Desk fridge coffee maker//lobby. No indoor pool, no pay per view movies and limited cable channels. Big rooms, very clean, friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Mattresses were comfortable. Free parking, easy on to I-81, safe area, near restaurants and shopping.

We would definitely stay here again. It was easy to find, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the queen beds instead of the standard doubles. The breakfast buffet was adequate but I have seen better. This was a very quiet place. No noise from other rooms even though it was full. There was a computer to use in the breakfast room which was helpful to us. A short drive to Hershey and restaurants.

This Hotel had really nice staff that was willing to help you in anyway they could. The room was nice and big, kinda made ya feel like you was home in a way. I think it could have been alittle cleaner since I am a clean freak and notice everything. I would have no problem staying at this hotel next time we make the trip to Hershey.

Good location and clean. Nothing to write. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay at that location the next time we visit Hershey Park. I would definitely consider any other Holiday Inn Express hotels for my next vacation. Total satisfacation.

My family and I would definitely stay here again! One of the best things we liked was the fact that we could get two queen beds instead of the typical double beds that are usually offered. With two teenagers, that is a plus! The hotel was very clean and the room was a nice size. Plenty of space for all four of us. The beds were very comfortable, too. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. We also enjoyed the complimentary deluxe continental breakfast the next morning. It was delicious and there was plenty to choose from! The breakfast staff was also very friendly and courteous. We went to Hershey Park during our stay and the hotel was less than 15 minutes away and the drive to the park was very easy.

Clean, good breakfast, convenient. The choice of breakfast foods was very good compared to many other hotels. The bananas, yogurt, coffee, juices, eggs and rolls were great! We stayed prior to a funeral, so it was great to eat there and go to the ceremony.

spacious room, very clean. Good breakfast My family enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, the room spacious, the staff friendly. The breakfast was very good. Only 15 minutes from Hershey Park and very close to restaurants and shops.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good. We had to go to the lobby to get a connection. This hotel had a nice suite, very good for families with small children. The breakfast buffet had a decent mix of choices and had hot items as well as fruit. The biggest problem I had was the lack of in-room WiFi and the total inability of the staff to address the problem. The bathroom could use some remodeling too but it wasn't in terrible shape, just run-down looking.

Hot breakfast was excellent. Room was a good size. Overall there was less traffic but at first had to make U-turn to get started in the right direction to travel to Hershey Park. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Good location to Hershey Park with less traffic problems. Quiet room even though we were in a heavily visited part of the hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Lack of staff members. One lady running the front desk, she was very pleasant even though people we yelling at her for the rooms not being ready, people calling on the phone lost yelling at her. The rooms weren't ready when people were checking in, line up to check in (1/2 hr wait), no towels at the pool. There was one other staff member trying to get the rooms clean. The lack of staff and the long waits were making people very angry, especially with small children. There were ants in the room and no coffee or towels were left the next day. Most for this could have been avoided with proper staffing.

Staff was extremely friendly, pool was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious. No dislikes. I would definitely stay here again. Cannot say enough about how much the staff was ready to help with anything we needed.
