No problem with this hotel. Provided a nice overnight stay for us. Rooms appeared clean and well kept. Since we were on the first floor, only a few steps from the main desk and breakfast room, we did hear some foot traffic. The free continental breakfast included several options to choose from.

Very clean and comfortable, enjoyable stay. The sleep sofa had a bad odor to it. Overall, this hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

It was hard to find the hotel and the front desk lady had no sense of direction when we were able to call. She was nice, but had trouble guiding us from the center of Hartford to the hotel. The area was just okay with no ambience...more of a stay one night and get on the road type of place instead of touring Hartford using the hotel as a base.

Used the complimentary shuttle service to & from dinner & then back into town to see a show instead of trying to get lost somewhere we've never been before. Top notch people running the desk when we checked in, just wish they were there again when we checked out. They randomly put out cookies for the guests who were checking in or passing by at no cost. Continental Breakfast was better than some hotels we've been to. Breads, cereals, scrambled & omelets, cinnamon rolls & sausage. Tasty. Overall a genuinely good hotel experience.

I thought it was a good location with good rates. I would have liked a small refrigerator in the room for our weekend stay. I enjoyed my stay very much. The pool was refreshing and the staff was very friendly! It was close to everything we wanted to do, so the free shuttle was great! I would surely stay here again next time I come to town.

While the room and the hotel facilities themselves were adaquate for our overnight stay, the fact that the clientel there while we were, were very noisey and inconsiderate of others and the fact that the hotel staff did not adaquately address the issue even when told about it leads me to say I WILL NEVER CONSIDER STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Clean, comfortable, affordable, easy access to downtown and major roads. Not a great neighborhood but seems safe.

It was very clean and was a good hotel for a one night sort thing. They had open computers available so that was very nice to check your emails. The hotel for breakfast didn't have the world's best cinnamon roles, which is one of the reasons why we went there. Clean, friendly, homely, welcoming.

Staff was nice and breakfast and internet included in price. The hallway trafic was very noisy at all hours. We had 2nd room in from lobby. Hot water was a bit tricky. This hotel was average. The staff was very nice. We had the second room in from lobby so it got pretty noisy, even at 3 am. The price was good, include internet and breakfast. The Location was convenient but, I was a little concerned about safety. For a quick trip this hotel is good.

The staff was extremely friendly. We had a great stay the hotel was very clean and the room was more than I expected. We used the free shuttle to our destination in the city and the driver was courteous and polite. I was extremely happy with my stay.

Was very impressed with the cleanness of the hotel and the staff was excellent to work with. The breakfast was very fresh. Overall it was very nice to stay in. Easy to get to the freeways. Very Quite. Would recommend this hotel to others. Internet was okay. Our rooms were very clean.

The rooms gave the impression of being very quiet and secluded. There was nothing I didn't like. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast in the morning was appreciated and the atmosphere in the main area was classy and comfy. The fireplace I especially liked. The bathrooms are big and the room seems plush due to the furnishings and linens. Slept like a baby!

"Stayed here when moving our daughter on campus. Hotel was priced $40-$60 a night cheaper than others. I was somewhat apprehensive, but had no reason to be. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was ample and fresh. Free internet and free parking are appreciated as well. Only drawback is it is not located in an area condusive to walking around--more commerical and industrial--but still very conveinient. I've already made reservation for return for Parents Weekend!"

The management upgraded our room when we complained about the noise. partiers in the room next to us that attempted at keeping us up all night long. The management of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. We had some partier for neighbors. Thankfully, the management, switched us rooms (at 1:30 a.m.) and upgraded us to a suite.

to be fair let me say I stayed in a suite & only for one night. but it was the cleanest room i ever stayed in & the staff was very polite & helpful - no complaints at all.

Better than I had expected. Attractive, comfortable room. Nothing to say here. A very nice hotel. The hotel is near Hartford's secondary airport, and within just a few minutes of downtown. Very nicely decorated rooms, a very good continental breakfast, free DSL. An excellent seafood restaurant nearby.

"There was no hot water from tub, then I went to turn on the shower hose (I was in a handicap room) and the shower hose didn't work so therefore- no shower- had to take a bath so I could get ready for 6:30 am pick-up for meeting. I was not happy. The room was very nice and clean but the shower (or cold bath) ruined it all."
