The Holiday Inn in Grove City was very accessible from the main highway and had a variety of places to eat nearby. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. We were able to get coffee and a snack round the clock and the breakfast was adequate. The room had a refridgerator and a micowave which we appreciated. WiFi availability was also a bonus.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The over all appearance of the hotel was very nice. I didn't like that the pool and exercise room was right off of the front lobby. My stay was very brief but I was very comfortable. I was impressed with my room. I was upset that none of the plugs in the bathroom were in working order. That did make it very difficult to get ready the next day. I was surprised there was only one staff member working at the front desk when I checked in.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. The hotel was way below capacity, and they put us in an adjoining room. The people that were staying beside us were loud and obnoxious. They had their TV blaring, and one was yelling expletives . You could see light all around the door between the rooms, and therefore, hear everything that was occurring. The hotel was only about 25% capacity from the looks of the parking lot. Why they would put travelers beside each other when they have that much room, I don't know. They had also ran out of soap, so none of the rooms had hand soap. The person at the desk was very helpful, and eventually we requested another room. She obliged without any hesitation, but I am sure she had her hands full all night with that room.

we were there for one week 1 grip.... the person taking care of the room (cleaning) did a poor job . We had to ask for the floor to be cleaned. also they forgot to restock the coffee for the morning. Other than this eveyone was nice the breakfast was very good. and the evening snacks were good.front people very nice

Staff was helpful and friendly and descent breakfast. Workout room was very small. Clean hotel, included breakfast where you could find healthy food (also some unhealthy) but at least you could chose. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Overall, a nice place to stay if you need a home base away from home.

Nice room although bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Room did not have any kleenex or writing paper. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were in town for my son's college graduation. We had two other families also staying there with us for the graduation. We asked that all five rooms be as close together as possible and that at least one of the rooms be on the first floor for my elderly parents. The first night my husband's brother and his wife were the only other family members staying and we had first floor adjoining rooms. When the other family members arrived on the second day, they were allowed to check in early and we were all in the same wing on the first floor. We had the entire wing to ourselves the second night as the hotel was not at capacity and, therefore, did not have to worry about bothering other guests on the second night. I liked that the rooms were big enough for all of us to gather in one room during the late evening without anyone needing to sit on the floor. There were many wall plugs for our phones, computers, etc. There was plenty of room for our suitcases and hanging clothes. The bathrooms were adequate. We were very near Wal-Mart and other shopping and restaurants. We hadn't been in this area for a couple of years and couldn't believe how much it had changed and grown. We all felt very comfortable and safe in this area. We would stay there again.

Convenient to the location we were attending. It was fine for a Holiday Inn Express.

"Very nice hotel, wonderful, friendly staff. They had lots of information about the area so we had a lot of fun! The hotel looks brand new!"

We didn't know what to expect from a hotel in a small city, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the Holiday Inn Express in Grove City, OH, amazingly comfortable, friendly, and really nice looking. There is a beautiful wooden staircase in the lobby that makes you feel like you're in someones home. I liked that our room was easily accessable on the first floor. The breakfast area was, again, like being in my own home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only downside was that the sign for this hotel was very small and couldn't been seen from the freeway.

I liked the bedding - pretty and comfortable. My room was FREEZING when we arrived. We stayed overnight while in town for a wedding. We were in a corner king room. The room was clean and very spacious, though it was freezing when we first checked in. The bed was comfortable. The pillows labeled firm and soft were a nice touch as was the bedding (no ugly, scratchy hotel bedspread). I was quite surprised to find a hot tub in the bathroom and equally disappointed that I didn't have time to try it out. I was very pleased that my room was not humid as many hotel rooms are. Breakfast was decent - bacon and scrambled eggs, cereal, cinnamon rolls, etc. The tables in the breakfast area were all dirty when we arrived, but the staff person was occupied with refilling all the food and whatnot at that time. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I appreciated the friendly staff who were willing to do whatever they could to make sure our stay was enjoyable. One clerk even went up to our room to make sure it was ready for us.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lobby was good size and breakfast good. The second day, Sunday AM, we had to wait for hot water after one shower. The staff was very friendly and each area was clean. Exercise room and pool were easily accessible and lobby was very comfortable. Overall, it was right for the price.

This hotel was clean and friendly, loved the coffee and breakfast in the am. There is nothing I have to complain about. If you are looking for a hotel for visiting family or visiting the Columbus area, this is it. There is a pool for some enjoyment, but there are no restaurants on site. But they offer a wonderful small breakfast option in the morning. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and that means more to us than anything else. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and bright, complementary breakfast was very good. It had a wonderful king sized bed. And the free high speed internet was very helpful. The staff was very nice except the front counter employee who checked us in. I would stay again.

Well appointed, good location, stay included breakfast. Beds seemed too soft, but that is a personal thing! We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay again. It was economic, but not sparse and included breakfast which makes life less complicated. Our only hiccup is that we had called a day before that we needed a baby crib, but when we checked in the clerk had no clue. It took an hour to get the crib because she had forgotten (this is a big deal when it is late and you have a 10 month old!). It was good to know they had already "made it right" without us having to ask.

Soft beds. They need wireless internet, need more ice machines. I had a very pleasant stay. This is won of the most comfortable motels I have stayed in.

The room was great for the price. The pool could have been bigger. Great hotel would stay there again if I come back in town.
