Was very disappointed in this hotel, which is sad as Holiday Inn used to be a dependable brand. First, the manager never returned my calls when I tried to ask a question in advance of our visit. Next, the room had not been cleaned well when we checked in. Found dirt on floor, candy rappers under bed, and a piece of the tub was falling off. The bathmat was threadbare! And the sheets seemed clean, but were stained.

This hotel had a very friendly staff! Gym space - treadmills are in need of replacement and the room was very small and hot.

My family originates from Greenville so we were all there for the homegoing services of our uncle. We occupied 5 rooms at this hotel and several in other hotels in Greenville. Those of us that stayed here were the only ones who did not any complaints except for the breakfast hours.

I thought the hot breakfast every morning was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Warm temperatures in the room caused a mildew smell. The staff was very accommodating. The hot breakfast was pretty good. The room smelled of mildew whenever the room became warm but with the temperature high you didn't notice.

It was clean and new, very appealing! Friendly, clean and new. This is right in the heart of Greenville. Easy to get to everything.
