Excellent hotel in all ways. Especially for the price. Excellent breakfast. Very difficult to access. Nearly impossible to see from highway address. Difficult to get through parking lots in surrounding areas to get to hotel

The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, and the continental breakfast was awesome. We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we were in town for a wedding. The hotel is in great proximity to a lot of good restaraunts, historic downtown grapevine, and close to Dallas and Ft. Worth. We would stay again.

Very close to family in area. Very adequate. Mostly used by travelers through DFW but for us is very convenient to family in area. Very good personnel.

Everyone was very nice. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond their job duties to make my stay an enjoyable one. I would definitely stay there again! The shuttle bus is also VERY convenient. The drivers of the shuttle bus are also very friendly and professional.

The Holiday Inn Express in Grapevine, TΧ had exceptional customer service. They were all very kind, helpful and did a wonderful job of recommendations to area attractions, directions, and dinner locations. The rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a very stressful day trying to get from Oklahoma City to Dallas TX to make airline connections home. We knew in advance that we would be spending the night in Dallas. We have had favorable experiences before in other Holiday Inn Express locations. The deciding factor for us was the availability of Shuttle service from DFW to the hotel. They also provided shuttle service on call to the restaurants in the area. The shuttle driver knew the area well and made several suggestions. After we finished our meal, the hotel sent the shuttle back out to pick us up. The only drawback to the hotel is that their shuttle service does not start in the morning until 5AM, however they did arrange a cab for us and we were able to finish our travel the next day.
