Front desk was great. The pool ws nice. Easy to get to . The breakfast was nice as well at the happy hour.

Clean, comfortable. Clean, comfortable place; close to freeway but not noisy because of it. Didn't have a lot of spare time to spend.

Stayed with two teens. Hot tub was cool, and room needed shower curtain, but all taken care of by enthusiastic staff. Subdued lighting in pool at night very restful. Great brunch with fresh cinnamon rolls. Room very quiet with choice of pillow firmness. Room discounted for ""inconveniences"". Would stay again.

We had no complaints. The location was great for us. The hotel was quiet and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Most of all, we enjoyed the free hot breakfast we received every morning. The food was good and the choices were plenty.

Extremely helpful! Called cab for us, gave us printed direction. Nothing I can think of. My daughter and I stayed here as part of her 16th birthday present. We went to a concert at the target center. The staff called a cab for us and made sure we knew which one to get back to the hotel. The next day I needed directions to the Mall of America, I was given a printed sheet of directions. While there I saw 3 different hostesses behind the counter, all very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Thank you for making the trip for my daughter and me a wonderful memory.

inital assigned room was small and left not privacy for two adults traveling with a 17 year old. expected to have a separate room in the suite to accommondate the 17 year old. what is the purpose of having a suite if privacy is not apart to the packge. additionally, breakfast was a joke. this was supposed to be a full breakfast to include omelettes. other than that, they had a very professional, and caring staff

A lot of pillows on the beds! Noisy. It was crowded with a large group of kids staying in town for a skateboard competition so it was a bit noisy and the pool was full. It is a bit tricky to find the entrance to the hotel. The room was pretty nice for the price and, for the first time at a budget hotel, we didn't have to ask for extra pillows!

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express on a earlier trip. Loved the location as my son and his wife live in Uptown, which because of the access to the freeway is minutes away. (No noise from the freeway by the way) On this trip my son graduated from college and knowing that this Inn was available took the stress out of everything and made the trip and stay so much more fun for my wife and I. Since they are expecting their first child in November, I know we will be staying there many more times in the future.

Rooms looked great, beds and pillows very comfortable. The rooms were a bit small. The room was very nicely decorated, the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were great! There was also down comforters on the beds. Staff was very helpful. Room was a bit small but it was fine.

Everything was good about this hotel.The continental breakfast was well done ,the pool and jacuzzi clean and towels were always there. It was just an overall well managed operation, great staff and tipped the maids extra,they do great work!

Located within a short drive of downtown Minneapolis, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MINNEAPOLIS offered comfortable accomodations with a pool and hottub at an affordable price. For those who don't need to be catered to, I highly recommend this location

This Holiday Inn Express was a very nice, moderately priced hotel. The room was clean, nice sized, and had easy accessibility from the major highway in the Twin Cities. My complaint was that the rooms were not sound proof at all, we heard other guests showers during the night and children running up and down the halls until wee hours.
