The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Garden City is conveniently located on the east end of Garden City where Hwy 156 and Bypass/Loop Hwy 83/50 converge. Start your morning off right with our complimentary Express Start breakfast we feature Express Brand cinnamon rolls. with hot items that include bisquits and gravy, egg and cheese omelets or scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage, hot and cold cereal, fruit and juices. It is served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM each morning. The hotel features rooms with 2 queen size beds, king wheel chair accessible rooms, and king executive suites. Pets are welcome, with a $25 non refundable fee. All rooms have coffee makers, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, 2/2 line phones, cable TV with HBO and on demand movies. The suites have sofa sleepers, bigger work desks, wet bars with fridge and microwave. We offer high-speed Internet at no charge and a 24 hour full service business center and guest laundry. The indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room are open 24 hours except Friday, Saturday and Sunday, when it closes at midnight. Area restaurants include Lone Star Steak House and Applebee's with an I-hop right across the street, shopping, movie theaters, Lee Richardson Zoo, Garden City Community College and Finney Count Fair Grounds all within 1 mile. Historical Boot hill, Dalton Gang Hide Out and Scott Lake State Park are within 45 minutes of Garden City. Traveled to Garden City on business. This hotel has a good location, and rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the last two or three times I've stayed at this location there has been remodeling going on; this time they were re-tiling the floor of the lobby and hallways. I was not recognized as a Priority Club member, and the staff was not nearly as helpful or courteous and one would expect. I can't get excited about staying here again for a long while.

I stay at this location everytime I'm in town, the staff provides very good service. The Breakfast bar was by far the best that I have had at any Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are CLEAN, not a spec of dust. Very nice hotel I always look forward to staying at this specific location.

Cleanliness and free breakfast. The eggs were a little odd. Very clean and close to the highway. Free breakfast was nice.

Had booked a Pet-Friendly room. Turned out, pets are allowed on the 3rd floor, which is also a smoking floor. My dog had to ride up and down on the elevator to get to the room. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The room itself was a non-smoking room, but had a strange smell to it. Found several bugs in the room, both alive and dead. The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, with a wonderful selection of both hot and cold items (biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, french toast, cereals, fruit, juices and coffees). Advised the front desk about the bugs in the room at check-out, and he just said he would notify maintainance. Was disappointed in the quality and service of the hotel for the price paid for the room (appx. * + * non-refundable pet fee). Would not stay here again, and would not recommend this hotel for travellers with pets.

It was wonderfully quiet. No fridge in room. Clean and quiet, convenient location. We stayed two nights and I would say it was a good value.

Spacious rooms, clean, nice breakfast. Remove the footstool next to the bed. Very nice hotel. I enjoy staying here. Thanks for making it a convenient and nice place to stay while I'm in the area!

Location was fine, breakfast bar was well taken care of, and staff was friendly. Pool was a bit too cool for the kids, no roll-a-ways available. Hotel is about 10 years old, easy to find. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Clean, well stocked breakfast area.

It was very clean, and had a nice continental breakfast. Someone above me was making a lot of "foot noise" around 1:00 am and 5:00 am. I'm suspecting it was pheasant hunters getting in from a party. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. I wished I would have had more time to enjoy it more.

it had nice bedding and it was clean. did not get the room I thought I was getting. I had to firmly suggest to get a different room. Your website room picture was not the same.
