We were first time visitors to Buffalo, or even the east for that matter and all at the hotel were very friendly and pleasant and very helpful when we needed directions someplace or even just extra blankets and towels for our rooms. We would definately stay again.

Met our accommodations very well, great continental breakfast. No elevator. Met our accommodations well, room was comfortable and clean, andgreat continental breakfast.

I do not recommend. Attempted to remodel an old Holiday Inn. Room was cold due to a small blowing heater for the entire room. Shower is tiled like a locker room not a tub. Staff ok, not overly friendly. Had to switch rooms due to a foul odor in the first. Parking was limited and I have had better breakfast at Holiday Inn Expresses.

you could hear people in the hall talking late at night

This property was convenient and had been renovated to keep the facility fresh. This location was safe, close and convenient to many area attractions and events. A good place for any traveler to pull off the road for the night.

Traveling for businbess. Hotel has been refurbed. Room are what you would expect-my dbl queen was nice. Bathroom was clean and large. Single queen room was smaller w/ small bath.

I had to return home for my mother's funeral. I knew the hotel and remember it from when I lived in Buffalo 28 years ago. I was relieved and pleasantly surprised at the hotel. It had been completely remodeled and was very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We had a crib waiting for our 2 year old granddaughter upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and the cinnamon buns were a 10!

Convenient breakfast. Close to airport. No elevators - hard to drag luggage up the stairs. No shuttle to airport. The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. They don't offer a shuttle service to the airport. Also, no elevator for getting your luggage up the stairs.

When we entered our room it smelled horrid. I went to look at the bathroom and there was old urine in the toilet... the source of the smell, I believe. We were moved to another room down the hall. This room was very clean. But, I had to be changed and ready to leave in less than 1/2 hour for a dinner party. The necessity of room changes put me in a time crunch. When I returned I changed to go in the hot tub. There were 3 naked people in the hot tub. I had 3 young ladies with me that did not need to see this spectical. I had also been told that the hotel had a pool... what I was not told is that it is an outdoor pool. Not so useful in the winter in Buffalo NY. The staff was very friendly and the hotel on a whole was clean. But we seemed to hit a few glitches. And they were not good glitches.

The linens and blankets were very comfortable and clean. The location was in a part of town I was unsure about, but close to the interstate. The hotel was nice and met our expectations.

I enjoyed it,but the price for 1 night was very expensive,we were really tired, when we tried to check in the lady at the desk said we could not check in until 3:00 pm because there were people in the rooms,so we had to hang around until the quests left.I will not go to that hotel again.

It was clean and convenient. Not close to restaurants or facilities for your kids. It was a clean and the staff was very friendly which is a big plus.

No indoor pool. We cannot say much as the understanding from our end was that there was a pool that my daughter could swim in.

Friendly staff and clean. Not close to airport, extended parking not included. For a short stay, this hotel is clean and pleasant.

Staff was very helpful. Strongly recommend. I would stay there again anytime. The hotel and room were very clean, the staff very helpful, and it was 10 minutes to the airport. My teenage daughters also liked this hotel best of our trip.

It was very close to highway and we found it easily. It's parking lot is enough big. Unfortunately all the non smoking rooms had been sold.

Very little. Breakfast, parking, hot tub was closed.

The room smelled clean and the housekeeping staff was nice. The Jacuzzi was not available and another guest was given a key to my room and walked in on me. Clean, well for overnight stay, but management seems disorganized and the facility extras were lacking. The Jacuzzi was temporarily out of service and I did not partake of the breakfast.

Friendly, good location, nice hotel. Very poorly marked room locations. This hotel is located outside of Buffalo, making it out side of the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel rooms were a little smaller than I am used to, small but adequate. Everything clean and fresh smelled. Unfortunately the rooms were strangely marked. I think the odd numbers to the left and even numbers were around the corner to the right. Without any signs upstairs to guide you, finding your room could be confusing. This was my only complaint. It was almost like they just forgot. Nice room, Nice Gym, Nice Breakfast.
