Comfort of beds. The room smelled! And there were no other rooms! The overall comfort was nice, but it was hard to get over the horrible smell in the room. The hotel was all booked up therefore we could not get another room.

We have stayed at this Hotel three different times over the last six years and this last trip will be the last. The room was not cleaned during our stay-the bathroom floor was not cleaned during our stay, toilet paper must be scarce-they didn't fill the holders-had to ask at the desk for another roll, the staff did not "make the bed", they just pulled the sheets and cover up on the bed, thus making sleep the second evening impossible-had to make the bed ourselves. There was an obvious smell of smoke in the room, although the room is designated as non-smoking. This establishment definitely will not get any more of my money!

Jacuzzi. Hot bathtub in the room, bathroom was roomy and large! Staff-room did not get cleaned the first day we stayed there even after telling housekeeping and the manager. The night manager actually did something. It has a great location and the room is very nice and comfortable. Loved the Jacuzzi hot tub in the room!

The pool was not heated so we could""nt get in it., The hot tub was cold , We did not like the service we got The Sana was not useable.

Everything you need is in the room. Lack of service, no service after 11:00 pm. The rooms are very nice and come with anything you might need. These items are all provided: safe, iron, fridge, microwave, wet bar, etc. The pool and hot tub was heated to a perfect temperature. The appearance of the hotel exceeded the review. There was no service after 11:00 pm. If you get locked out of your room, too bad so sad. There is no way of contacting anybody. However, IHOP is open 24 hours.

Soon after arriving, I realized there had been a misunderstanding about what type room I wanted. The manager took over, and with personal effort made us completely satisfied+++. The hot tub: very relaxing.Close, easy access to Hyw, expect ""some"" noise. Overall: very nice stay. I highly recommend!

Frig & microwave, located near restaurants. Poor front desk service. Called numerous times to get things fixed (no HBO, heat didn't work, table lamp didn't work) but no one came. Nice hotel, good location, poor customer service. If they are going to advertise amenities, they could at least provide them or reduce the room rate.

Room was not ready upon our arrival.Room had a moldy odor.Bathroom fan did not work.Room was noisey - very loud bar across parking lot, very close to major highway (I-35).Door key cards needed to be reporgramed several times.Very good beddings and continental breakfasts.Nice indoor pool.

Big rooms. Stains on the couch/sheets, pictures on the website not accurate. This hotel is perfect for those that are traveling to Winstar Casino in Oklahoma. It is very close to the casino and the outlet mall in Gainesville. The room itself was nice but there were stains on the couch that looked questionable as well as some on the sheets. Also the pictures on the website showed a different room configuration than the one that I thought I paid for. Wanted a whirlpool tub and didn't get one.

I held my wedding and reception in the hotel & booked rooms in the hotel for my entire family. We rented the dining room and 15 guest rooms. The service was terrible. The hotel miss-booked the time for our event, and asked us to end our wedding reception 2 hours early. The staff was very rude. The hotel also mixed up all the guest room reservations and check out the next morning was a nightmare.

"The beds were very comfortable. Public areas were not air conditioned. MAnager was snooty and unwilling to work with us. All we needed was to use the conference room (which was vacant the entire time.) When he was gone, the other staff let us use it. Another patron was complaining when we checked out over problems with manager as well. Besides that, the room was great and the rest of the staff was as well. "

Frontdesk staff nice but very high turnover rate..Pool area smells and water treatment needs improvement. Noisy rooms - closed to the highway.
