The stafff was very polite and helpful. I love the town it has everything but at the same time has a nice hometime appeal. My Mother enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed the comforts. Room was appealing and clean and fresh. There are several hotels in the same location. I was curious what the room rates were at the other ones. The (indoor) pool was nice too. I would stay again for sure!

All but one staff member was awesome! They are very attentive. One rude lady and the owner were slightly rude as well. Called for early check in. they said it was no problem. When we arrived the owner said no early check in are available. "We have no room." I explained to him that I called and asked and he reluctantly agreed and let us check in. Other than that things were okay. We were checked out twice and had to get new room keys, however, Jason, a staff member there was superb. You can tell he knows about southern hospitality and how to keep customers coming back. The hotel overall was decent. It is certainly not romantic or anything, but great if you just need a place to lay your head. It is located in a very nice town. A good distance away from Nashville (about 30 minutes). Pool is indoors, however it is closed from Labor day to memorial day.

Traveler beware! The pool and fitness room are being renovated but the charge for these amenities was still the same. I think the hotel should advertise when they are undergoing renovations so the traveler can make an educated decision if they want to stay at a hotel without the full amenities they pay for.The room was not very clean, the A/C was throwing out a musty, old smell, and the hair dryer didn't work. Overall, a very bad experience that I will not relive again at this hotel.

the staff was very friendly. the room was always attended to daily. lots of bed pillows.which was great.the common area down by the lobby was very nice, they even had fresh baked cookies during the weekdays. i would stay there again next time i am in franklin, tn

Comfortable. Far from restaurants and bars, not in walking distance. Good place to stay.

We found the front desk to be extremely friendly and helpful. We also like the fact that a Cracker Barrel restaurant was within walking distance. The room was clean. We had no complaints at all about this hotel, making it easy to recommend to any traveler.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in FRANKLIN, TN, was quite acceptable. It was not quite up to the standards I have come to expect from other Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in which I stay frequently on business travel. Though it was January and rather cool outside, the heat in the building at night was too warm, even to the point of turning on the air conditioner. Also the tub did not drain. The staff responded quickly and repaired the drainage problem. Overall, good but not great.

Nothing at all. Just about everything. This is by far the worst Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in. The king sized bed sheet had a huge hole in it and the pullout sofa sheet & (green crushed velvet) cover was ripped. Room was very musty and dusty. Big disappointment for a suite. Remaining two nights spent next door at La Quintal. La Quintal for $10 more: fresh, clean, sunny room. Adjoined sitting room with separate entrance served as king suite. Great breakfast included. Very upset I stayed at Holiday Inn Express!

Clean rooms. Staff was very accessible and friendly. Made wonderful recommendations for activities. Even said if we got lost to call them and they would help us. Great service. Would recommend highly!

It was a fine hotel. Two problems though: First, it was difficult to find. I couldn't see a sign from the main road and had to call the front desk for directions. And even after receiving directions I drove right past it because there were two other hotels surrounding it with much better sinage. Second problem was there was no rear entrance (because they are adding and indoor pool and fitness area) and not enough parking in the front. So there I was a single woman walking all the way around the hotel at 9 o'clock. It was well let, but still, not a comfortable situation. Everything else was fine and the second night I did get a parking place out front!

I highly recommend this place. We have stayed at two other hotels in the area and this is the best. This hotel is one of the best hotel over all. Staff is caring and sincere and rooms are clean. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. They value me.

I was very surprised with the rooms and friendly service, the hotel was ideally located from where we had the appointments. The rooms are great I didn?t expect such a nice and comfortable property.

"My Experience at the Holiday Inn Express-suites Franklin was pleasurable. The room was cool and clean, and the environment was quiet. I got plenty of sleep, and awoke to a nice Free Continental Breakfast. The only thing that could use improvement is the gym- they need some dumbells. I'd Stay Again though."

"My Visit was pleasurable. The Room was clean/ cozy/ and cool. The Air Conditioner worked great on those Hot Humid Days! The Continental Breakfast was delectible. Staff was friendly also. The Only thing that needs improvement is the indoor gym. They had efficient cardio-machines, but the weight station was old and missing parts. A couple of dumbells would be nice also. Overall- The Hotel Nice. "

The hotel proprietor was amazing. He went out of his way to be friendly and helpful - taking the time to ask our preferences before making recommendations. All the restaurants and activities he recommended made our stay more enjoyable and contributed to our impression that Nashville/Franklin was the friendliest place we had ever visited.
