we had to attend a competion at TCU and management was very lenient with checkout time; we had a 3 year that we didn't want to take up there and they were more than accomidating with allowing us to leave late. Great breakfast for the whole family.

The best complimentary Breakfast I have ever had in a hotel motel rated it 5 star. Very good hotel staff were excellent. If ever in Fort Worth again would certainly stay there again.

my husband and i stayed in a whirlpool roomfor one night of our honeymoon. the bed was wonderful..very comfortable. room was very large. bathroom large, clean. 2-person whirlpool was amazing!! definitely would stay here again.

The Holiday Inn Express was easy to find, close to many shoppping areas, and restaurants. The room seemed larger than most and extremely clean. All employees of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The entire experience was great. In fact we have reservations there again during the summer!!

Friendly staff, computer center. Great for business travel, class was held at the hotel. I utilized the exercise room as well.

I had to leave because of the carpet in the room. Your feet were black if you walked across it barefoot. What does that mean for the bedspread and chairs? Staff is wonderful.

The bed was VERY comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The room & bathroom were clean and spacious. The desk worker was helpful with directions. It was easy to find the hotel from the interstate. I will be staying there again next time I'm in Fort Worth.

I really hate to do this, because the staff bent over backwards. Not their fault. Noisiest hotel I ever stayed in. You hear EVERYTHING. Elephants were above us.

Clean room, Friendly personnel, good breakfast. Pool was a little small. Location was 15 minute drive from Fort Worth center. For a "2 star" hotel, this was exemplary. A nonsmoking room was unavailable, but the "smoking" room was clean and smoke-smell-free. The pool was on the small side, but the exercise room was well equipped and everything worked properly. This included "continental" breakfast was completely adequate, and better than I expected -- an unexpected bonus! The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is not within walking distance of anything -- a car is a virtual necessity. Even at "regular" prices, I'd recommend this hotel. For what we paid, it was a steal!

new, free internet, free parking, free breakfast not as clean as it could be.... mold/mildew "gunk" growing in Ice Machine, food and toothpicks on carpeted stairway up from Lobby were noticed on Sun afternoon at check-in and still there on Tues at check-out... so.. over 3 days there was NO vac or cleaning of a main guest corridor ????? Very difficult location to find... poorly marked , NO STREET SIGNS

Clean and loved the new shower head I left a bag at the hotel and housekepping is mailing a bag to me. Very nice and helpful.Charlie at the front desk was most helpful at check in.

great location 1st room: a/c pumped water onto floor, bad smoke in room. I was not at all happy with the room I was given. Changing rooms seemed to be perplexing to staff, but one finally decided to ignore the reservation computer and move me to a jacuzzi suite since the first room was not fit for occupancy.

Good breakfast RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL HATEFUL staff members! Very sarcastic!! WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN! This hotel itself is nice. Nice area, good restaurants nearby, mall nearby. Staff unbelieveably rude, hateful, sarcastic, unprofessional!!!!! Had to call the Holiday Inn 800 # to get adequate service. Manager not on property. Desk staff ill prepared, unprofessional, did not know what she was doing! Very dissatisfied!!!!!

Nice continental breakfast! The heater in the room was not functioning properly due to dust. (Caused the smoke alarm to go off) Afforable price, nice rooms, good space, excellent continental breakfast, friendly staff!
