This was our first trip to San Francisco and we had such a great time we are already talking about what we want to do when we return! The hotel was great it was close to the attractions we were interested in seeing. We were able to walk to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ghiradelli Square and The Cannery. We took several tours and had a blast. Going on a tour to Alcatraz was the best and we plan to go on the night tour next time we go. Our only complaint was the parking fees at the hotel but they all charge so it's not like were were ripped off!

Location. No refrigerator in room. Excellent location on Fisherman's wharf. Staff accommodating and friendly. Parking was a bit high, but not as high as a parking ticket. Should have a refrigerator in the room. Nice breakfast, overall this was a great place!

The location couldn't have been better. We were only a couple of blocks from the wharf. The staff was happy to suggest places to eat and gave detailed directions. Very helpful. The free breakfast was a bonus since we started out very early each day.

Continental breakfast was very good and very convenient to everything. Having to pay for parking which was very expensive. Hotel had everything we expected plus more. Very helpful staff.

Excellent staff and service. Very friendly. Nice complimentary breakfast every morning (bacon, sausage, eggs, bagels, fruit, etc.). Hotel is in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf (2-3 blocks to pier 49, walking distance to the Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown, etc. (also within 1-2 blocks of bus, trolley, and cable care services). Staff extremely helpful in advising taking public transportation and recommending tours (used Tower tours for Yosemite and Muir Woods which were excellent!!). In summary, superb place to stay.

The hotel staff was inadequate in that we asked for towels which we received and left the old ones in our room. We didnot know until we got there that we had to pay over $46.00 a day to park at the hotel. The morning brakefast had awful runny eggs.

Extremely well managed. Friendliest staff I've ever experienced at a value hotel. Lliked everything, but there were some large tour groups staying there to maneuver around occasionally. Amazing value hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Well run. Very clean and contemporary. Magnificient staff. Loved it there. Stayed four nights.

First class facility, fast check in, fast elevators. Well designed. Nice, no very nice roomy room. Comfortable bed, and facility was quiet. No noise from elevators, staff or other guests.

We arrived around 12 noon on Sunday and our room was ready. The room was large and spacious (reg.guest room), the view was nothing special but we weren't in the room that much. We were within walking distance to everything at the wharf and transportation was only a block away if you wanted to go downtown / Union Square / cable cars etc. The hotel offered every morning a breakfast bar, more than just sweet rolls, it offered eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, etc. everyday. The staff was very friendly always saying hi when they saw you. Overall I thought the hotel was great.

Location was wonderful, complimentary breakfast was fantastic. We didn't have towels in our bathroom. I was a little unsure as to how this hotel would be considering how low the price was. But it was wonderful. We were a block away from the cable car pick up and 2 blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. The staff was so friendly and the front desk gal was so helpful, even finding a room for us when we checked in early. The breakfast was awesome! We had lots of choices of really tasty food. Our room was clean and very nice. I hope we get to go back to San Francisco so we can stay here again!

Location was great, 2 blocks from the busy wharf and several transportation modes yet quiet at the hotel. Room was very clean and very light with its large windows. Hallway was immaculate and odor free. Included breakfast was very nice with a good assortment of hot and cold items.
