I found the hotel staff very willing to help make my stay a good one. The first night, I was kept awake by some kind of loose metal object banging against the outside wall of my room. The staff helped me change rooms the next day. The breakfast was very good, the beds were very large and comfortable. The hotel is easily accessible to the main highway between the airport and the Fayetteville area.

2 TV's in room, 2 large beds andliked having separate area. Not enough towels for 4 people; room decor unattractive andworn; complimentary breakfast only tolerable.

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights ago and it was like staying in paradise! When we walked in the staff gave us huge smiles and made us feel extremely welcome. They even upgraded our room to a executive suite! Wow!!! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, my room was a wonderful size, and the place all together was nicely kept up. In all, this was a wonderful place and I will stay here again!!!

The rooms are first class, very comfortable beds. The breakfast was much better than the typical fare. Amenities are good for an express hotel with a nice indoor pool, hot tub and excercise room. Conveniently located a few miles from the University of Arkansas and the downtown business area. I had a very nice experience and would certainly stay again and recommend it to others.

We stayed for the football games this year and it was great! Not only do they serve breakfast but they have fresh cookies in the afternoon and pizza sometimes too! The room was very clean and the service was great! The girls at the front desk helped us with everything from directions to the stadium and even a cold bottle of water when we checked in!

It was very clean and the room was nicer than I expected! Some noise from the hallway. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to others. My room was executive suite which was very nice!

This hotel really peaked my expectations for a hotel stay. They had a wonderful conitnental breakfeast that served your regular cold cereals as well as outstanding cinnamon rolls that were out of this world. They even asked me if I needed a wake up call when I first checked in. Everything seemed so clean and new. I even got a free newspaper for my stay. Another great aspect of this hotel was the fact that when I checked out my reciept was put under my door and all I had to do was leave my keys at the desk and then recieve a copmlimentary bottle of water. Good job Holiday Inn Express.

Convenient to Interstate Hwy. 540. I had to go down 5 flights of stairs due to elevator locked. I was pleased with the room, cleanliness, decor, etc. A newspaper was delivered to me every a.m. Breakfast was a nice variety of food items. The hotel is under renovation but that wasn't really a problem. I had access to my email through the business office. The only negative was that delivery people locked the elevator so they could bring in mattresses at a very inopportune time and I had to go down 5 flights of stairs. I've had 3 knee surgeries so I was not happy about that.

We got a 'non-smoking' room that obviously had been heavily smoked in in the past. We asked the front desk for a different room and they said they were completely booked. I asked if we could check out and get our money back. The very clueless college aged desk clerk said 'I won't know if I can give you your money back untill may boss comes in on Monday morning (it was Saturday!"" However she graciously offered to send some air freshener to our room! - Gee thanks! The housekeeper delivered the air freshener and exclaimed ""This room is really stanky!""
