Great service and hotel in general... but they charged my credit card for the room, even though I already paid through Orbitz, and I had already told them that... the extra charge on my account created overdraft fees and I'm waiting for a response from the General Manager about how they are going to compensate for the difficulty because now I have to contact my bank regarding thew fraudulant fee.

Location , furniture and cleanliness. Nothing. I was very pleased when we first arrived the hotel looked very nice. The grounds were very clean and manicured.

For years I have had to stay in the dumpy lodging on Ft. Knox and in Radcliff. The only diining consisted of filthy, fast-food joints. This hotel changed my whole attitude about visiting this quaint little post. The Holiday Inn Express is a 15 minute drive south of Ft. Knox, but it is almost to E'town, the nearest place to modern civiiization. You will end up going there for groceries, food and entertainment any way. The clean, new rooms and the friendly staff made my stay a pleasure. Great towels, toiletries, showers and a choice of soft or firm pillows. The toilets, a strange design, sometimes need a second flush. You can commute on to post very easily and you can access the hotel by a drive down 65 and the Joe Prather highway. Unless you like touriing past the run down bars, adult book shops and used junkers along 31W, you will enjoy this easy drive in from the Louisville Airport.

Simply passing through - came in late at night and left early morning. Was comforting finding a clean facility my wife and I didn't have to be concerned with.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The bathroom sink did not drain. I had to bail it out 3 times The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to area restaurants. It has a warm and calm atmosphere.

This Holiday Express is very new, very clean, and a great breakfast. But when someone upstairs took a shower or flushed the toilet, it sounded like the water was coming into our room. Also we could hear someone snoring in the next room. They had a fancy new shower head, we did not like it, but others might love it.

The Holiday Inn Express in Elizabethtown, KY was way more than I expected. When we checked in and went to our room which was a smoking room, we noticed that the previous traveler was nice enough to leave cigar ashes in the window sill. I informed the front desk of this and it was quickly taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, the continental breakfast was great. My 13yo son enjoyed the fact that he could have hot chocolate and oatmeal anytime, I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee. The hotel itself was very clean as was the pool. It was a great stay!

I thought the entire room was beautiful. I especially loved the bedding and the pictures on the wall. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't have a microwave or fridge in it. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff answered all questions that I had about the area. They even gave me menus of some local order in restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Convenient. Sometimes loud. There was a large group of kids staying there. We enjoyed the hotel. We were there to pick up our son from Ft. Knox. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Having breakfast ready early helped us out. This hotel was very convenient for us. Hotel was clean.
