Clean, convenient andeconomical. While free, breakfast not so great. Very friendly staff. Nice, clean accommodations. Free use of business center and internet. Extremely convenient to shopping and major roads. Economical - good value for the money.

The hotel is new and very nice with one exception...black beetle bugs...I saw 1 - 3 every day in my bathroom. When I checked out, the lobby floor had many and the staff didn't seem to even notice. I'm going to call the manager and ask about their pest control policies. It is the nicest place to stay in the El Dorado area. At least the bugs weren't roaches. Other than the bugs, the room and hotel was really nice and clean. I'd give them an excellent rating if it weren't for the bugs.

Close to xpswy and visiting location, new, clean and great. No waffles for breakfast, omlets so-so, rest fresh & eatable. We enjoyed our stay at this new, clean, friendly Holiday Inn Express, would stay there again.

The front desk staff were professional and went out of the way to help me with my luggage. I would recommmend this hotel to anyone. Check in was fast and the room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Can't wait to come back!

Room was very clean and the kids loved the indoor pool. Hot breakfast was served but quantities were very limited and they locked everything up when there was still several people eating. Newer hotel with very friendly staff. Pool area was really clean and had a bathroom which anyone with small children would appreciate. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Check in took 20 min and i was the only one at the desk. The girl counld not check in. The desk manager did not apologize between stuffing her face with food. After i checked in 2o minutes another person came into my room. They had checked someone else into the same room as me. Later that a business partner knocked on my door (i had not told him my room number) he informed the front desk gave him my room number. not safe. later my wife called the hotel because my cell was down and was told no one was registered by my name. At check out I asked to speak the manager and x was the most worthless excuse for a hospitlity manager I had ever met. I am a road warrior for th past 16 yrs. The worst experience in that time. i

Staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were very clean. The towels, pillows, shampoos were all very nicely done and well presented. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Even though the hotel had only been open for a week, the staff were well trained and effecient. The service was excellent and friendly. I really like the decor and the beds are wonderful. I felt the rates were a little high, but were consistant with other hotels of equal quality I stayed in on my trip. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was new, clean, and comfortable. Too expensive for the area. Newest hotel in the area and the price reflects that fact. Nice pool and public area and very comfortable beds.

The clean rooms and large beds. The smell of the chlorine from the pool on the 1st floor. The hotel was clean, neat and open. The beds are comfortable, rooms are perfect size for myself and young child. Easy access to pool and quick access to shopping.

Very helpful and concerned when my two children became sick with the flu. The hotel is brand new and a welcome relief from the less well-kept hotels in the area. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were well equipped. Staff was always friendly and willing to help when needed. This hotel will be my only choice when staying in the area next time.
