Nice, clean hotel. Great location. Only problem was they closed down the breakfast buffet early. That and they couldn't keep up. Also has poor service trying to check out of my room. Price was a little too high, but overall I'd give it a B.

It was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was directly across from the pool. This hotel was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My fiance got a headache while we were there, and we did not have any medicine. The staff were friendly enough to give us a couple of aspirin, that they use for themselves.

Hotel room was very clean and large, front desk was very helpful over all but no one was there at the front desk in the evening and hard to catch the person helping us. Parking is free. Decent level, nice hotel. We will stay here again if we ever come to visit around here

Good location on and off of the interstate. Good nearby restaurants as well. The rooms have new bedding that was incredibly comfortably. The exercise room is quite small and limited.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a variety of breakfast items in the buffet. The air conditioner didn't work too well.

Really enjoy the indoor pool. Pool needs to be warmer. Rooms are clean & comfortable, the staff is very accommodating, and if there is a problem they are quick to fix it to one's satisfaction. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is in a great location! Many things within walking distance, and close to Eugene. It's right off I-5 so you can easily get to where you need to go. Only problem I had was dirty carpets. Other than that, the breakfast was amazing, staff was helpful, and the room was great!

Location, staff, complimentary breakfast. We asked for non smoking and had smoking - they reimbursed us 20.00. It was a nice quiet place to stay and very helpful staff. Will stay there again.

The rooms were recently remodeled and clean and bright-too bright-see add-on "DIDN'T like" above. That was just an oversight in our room. The hot breakfasts were great-and there were different dishes each day. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will stay there next trip up.

The room we were in was very spacious and very accommodating. There were two occasions that the hotel messed up, very frustrating. Very nice hotel, Great amenities, but there is no business center which can make your stay a little frustrating. Staff and housekeeping were excellent.

I can tell you in all honesty, we were very pleased. We felt we got the best of all of the out of towners attending the wedding that we came to Oregon for. We commented to your staff that the continental breakfast was outstanding, the best we have ever had as far as variety quantity. It was appetizingly served, warm and pleasing to the pallet.

Very clean, friendly staff. Rooms were not fancy, but comfortable and nice. This hotel is in a great location, easy to get on and off the highway and close to Eugene and Springfield shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly. Staff was professional a courteous. I wish I had known about the construction. The hotel seems competently and professionally run. However, major renovations were taking place during my stay. While not terribly inconvenient, the price paid was not appropriate for the conditions. For that price, one should not have to step over extension cords, dodge scaffolding and pass plastic-covered openings on the way to the room. I certainly would not have submitted a reservation had I known.

It was a great place to stay, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing Pet Friendly, family friendly, staff was really good always helpful our daughter had forgot her toothbrush, she called down to the front desk and within 5 minutes she had a toothbrush delivered at no charge. We requested extra coffee and towels no problem taken care of right away.

Indoor pool was the highlight of my 3 year old. Mini refrigerator was not in room. Was available on request. Overall we had a blast. Even if our reason for visiting was to attend a funeral. The bed was so comfortable too.
