Personnel was very friendly and efficient. Room and bathroom in very good shape, clean and modern. The breakfast was free and above expectations in selection and quality. Conveniently located close to the airport and not far away from major shopping center or downtown.

Close to Airport. Wireless internet, affordable, and clean. For the wireless internet, you need to borrow a booster router from the front desk. Adequate for people traveling on a budget or a last minute hotel need. It was clean, had a outdoor pool that kids seemed to be enjoying, and was close to the airport. I would stay there again.

Very clean room with good, firm beds. Within driving distance of Lookout Mountain attractions and area restaurants. Free breakfast included bacon, eggs, and other hot items not found at most hotels. Indoor pool was simple and a little small: water temperature was fine but the air temperature in the pool room is warm enough to be uncomfortable.

It was in a ideal location for us. We were attending a wedding.Close to freeway. I would recommend using a deluxe room if you are traveling with kids. I liked the fact that there was a microwave and refrigerator. The dinning room was very spacious and the kids enjoyed the pool! I would recommend this hotel!

This was a nice hotel. Great rooms...we actually had two rooms. The one with the King Suite was a large and spacious room. Lots of floor space for our two year old to play. The one with two queen beds had adequate space. We had to stay for our daughter to have surgery at T.C. Thompson Hospital and it was relatively close to the hospital. Rooms were very clean and decorated nicely. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was wonderful and we would stay again, however, we didn't feel very secure. The 2nd day we had misplaced our key card. We went to the front desk, my husband said we had misplaced our key card and what our room number was. We had never seen this particular clerk before and we didn't come through the front of the hotel--we had entered through the back door of the hotel. Without asking any questions or asking for name or I.d.-the hotel clerk gave us a key card for our room. Which is ok because we weren't being dishonest, but it made us a little fearful if someone else had asked for our room key and had been given it while we were out. NEVER NEVER leave any valuables or anything you don't want stolen out. We are always careful, but this was a real eye opener for us. In todays world, you just can't trust like that. We did not have anything stolen from our room, but as easily as it was accessible to anyone who asked--it may have happened. Other than that--cleanliness was excellent and when you have two small children--that is extremely important. Wonderful stay.

"I spent the night at this location. It was the BEST place I have ever stayed! From the front desk staff to the breakfast staff all the way to my room and amenities, I can not say enough good stuff about this hotel! The location is great for all Chattanooga and North Georgia activities."
