Service was good, but coming off the 3rd floor elevator and in our room there was a smell of smoke and mold which seems to be right in the carpet. The staff was great and the place is in a good location. I will need to think twice before I book again, unless they do something with the odor in the carpets.

Clean and friendly. Cinnamon buns are great! Great location. Bicycle storage needs work. Elevator kinda slow. Lovely hotel near quaint Main street in Dunedin. Located about 3 blocks from Mease Hospital. Friendly greeting when walking in the hotel. Easy check-in. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, but simple. Well stocked and friendly service. Hotel is located right next to the Pinellas trail if you like biking. Easy to get everywhere by bicycle. Even the beach if you're adventurous.

We've stayed at the Dunedin Holiday Inn four x's since 10/06. During our most recent visit 09/07 we had no hot shower hot water. We were there Monday-Sunday and Thursday We reported the lack of hot water to the front desk Thursday am., and Friday, Saturday and Sunday when we checked out. The AM Sunday manager told us he'd check with house keeping for a clean room for us to shower in- we didnt hear from the front desk until we checked out at 11am!!! No excuse. There is no reason that the Holiday Inn couldn't/wouldn't correct. We were checked into the Ex-Suite on top of that.

We were in the area to visit relatives and didn't have much time to use the facilities but the staff was great, the rooms nice and the continental breakfast was excellent. Large variety and very good.

Very nice and close to the small town. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. It's not really close to the beach. So if you are looking for a resort spot, this isn't it. We were surprised that the two-star hotel had everything we could have possibly needed. The room was clean and attractive. We loved that there was a kitchen and dining area and that the room was spread out nicely. We spent some time at the pool and had no problems. Dunedin is a cute town, but not the place to be if you really want to lounge in the sun on the beach. We went to Honeymoon Island as well and it was very nice. We got there early but it was starting to fill up by the time we were ready to leave--long before noon. If you need a hotel in the area I strongly recommend this one. Everything was clean and pleasant and everything you could possibly need is within walking distance.

Hotel had everything we needed. It was very clean, comfortable and had a continnental b-fast with a large variety of items! Definitely would stay again!!

We liked the friendly staff at check-in. They made us feel very welcome. We liked the choice of two pillows. The only criticism I might have and it is a quibble, but I would have liked receiving a compimentary paper, whether a local paper or the USA Today.

Great location. Jacuzzi was not hot. Great location within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Dunedin and to the Pinellas Trail.

The Holiday Inn express at clearwater north Dunedin was a wonderful place to stay. We walked to eat our meals at a variety of restaurants nearby..Bon A patit was a favorite. Staff bent over backwards to assist us in anyway. Will go back for sure.

The Holiday Inn Express in Dunedin was a very pleasant experience for us from start to finish. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The continental breakfast should be renamed to a breakfast buffet. It was tasty and had a variety of foods offered. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The hotel was located on the edge of a quaint downtown shopping area of Dunedin near a public pier (perfect for watching a sunset!). There was a municipal trail that was located behind the hotel that ran for 19 miles. Runners, bikers, walkers, and skaters used it. It was fun and safe to stroll on it during the day.
